Course is in rough shape.badly in need of maintenance.greens need rolled.

The course fairways were in poor condition. I did not expect the conditions we had for the price that was offered. I won't play there again for that price.

Always a pleasure to play this course as the layout is very interesting surrounded by lots of water to challenge even the best golfers.
It will be even that much better once they roll the greens.

Players in front of us were slower. The fairway grass was patchy and needs some replanting and care. It is a pretty course with a lot of ponds and some sand. The water is really no problem to over or around. The couse is wide and easy to stay on the faieways. Some long holes and a couple par 3. Fun course. No gators to be seen.

I first have to say it rained out the day before. The play was car path only. Poor drainage - some of the greens looked like a vehicle must of drove on them . The sand bunker where compact. It's to bad because this would really be a nice course if it was taken care of.

good course to play. able to open up and try other clubs. tune up game. Played here a few times. If rain is around No!. Good day with family.

I thought the course conditions are getting better. Greens look good but bumpy, fairways are hard and grass needs attention. Overall, the playing conditions are fair but could be better. Management is trying hard to turn it around. I would play it again just to see if the course conditions have improved.

I didn't know this place existed , Robert Trent Jones design not bad

Fairway conditions are below average but greens are very good. Love the Robert Trent Jones layout. I will be back.

This course is not well maintained. Fairways are patchy and greens are quite bumpy. I played for $24 and the course isn't worth it. Too bad because the layout is good.

Very tight with water paralleling many holes. The condition was fair to poor. This course is not for serious golfers. I went looking for a hidden gem, this is not the place.

course has very nice looking greens but extremely bumpy . putts bounced and didn't roll true. Played tough enough, for the money a great value.

Not the best course, not the worst. Needs some TLC.

The course was busy but pace of play was ok, course has water on every hole but there is ample area for the average or above player to avoid the water, the booklet the course hands out is great and helpful for first time players, BUT the greens were horrible !! There wasn't a green that didn't have a disgusting amount of un-fixed ball marks and if you were lucky enough to have a putt without a ball mark in your line the ball still never rolled without jumping right or left especially within 12 inches of the cups.

I played after a heavy rainfall and the course was VERY wet. Held up well went to path only near end

Would be a great course if in better condition. Does improve as you play but first impressions count.

I scored a hot deal on this course, $20. The course conditions were average. Fairways were thin, some of the greens were damaged. Enjoyed the layout. The staff was friendly and helpful. Paired up with an older gentleman and his wife (caddy...she didn't play). Had an enjoyable, Monday afternoon round of golf. Certainly not a premier course, but enjoyable.

Let's start with the good. Pace of play was great! Course design is awesome, offers a lot of fun holes, and some challenging approach shots. Staff is very friendly as well! Unfortunately the course is in such bad shape I cannot recommend this course to anyone in its current state. The fairways are a mixture of grasses if you are lucky enough to get grass and not dirt as your lie. There were a few greens that putted true but the majority were extremely hard landing surface. Your ball will bounce and bobble its way to the hole on most greens. There was one green I particular that looked like someone had been on the green with a dirt bike.

My guess is the course doesn't have a budget large enough to allow it to be in top shape in the season. This is truly a travesty, since the design is really a lot of fun and well thought out.

I might give this course another shot next year but for now I would lable this course as the second worst I have played in the Tampa area and would advise everyone to spend your money at one of the other nice tracks in the area.
