Open too early?
The 1st par 3 From the tee I hit 10 ft from cup. Ball bounced 15 ft straight up. Went 30 yards over the green. It was 40 degrees and the greens were frozen. Like cement. Should they have let us play? By the back 9 things were thawing out. Generally I like the course and layout, but today was irresponsible
Always fun
Quietly some of the best greens in the region, I enjoy playing Shenvalee every time I go. Unfortunately, I think sometimes people see the price and think that they can drive carts anywhere and treat the course poorly, but the staff does a great job keeping it in shape.
Good day
I wanted to play for the first time this year ( usually 10-12 rounds per year ) . I was not disappointed . I played through my round well . My least favorite on The Shenvalee is the Creek Course . I love the Olde Course . It’s a very challenging 9 holes . The both 9 hole courses perfectly groomed . After my round I stopped by the Miller Grille . I grabbed a sandwich to go . As expected , it was an excellent quality experience also . I am asked to do reviews on numerous courses . This is one of 3 that received a 5 star rating .
In great shape!
Shenvalee is in great shape right now. The place looks great and it's nice to have 3 distinctly different 9 hole layouts to choose from.
Perfect golf in the Valley
Super enjoyable round, great holes that WOW you when you pull up to the Tee. Friendly staff and a good price make Shenvalee a perfect day!

Played the Olde and Miller courses. Olde was fine. Miller was a bit confusing.
The Pro Shop staff was adequate, but the starter was one of the best with whom I've ever dealt.
Snack bar was very nice and the chili dog was good.

Shenvalee review
The course was in real good shape considering recent weather. Staff is always friendly. I was playing alone so I caught up to the group(s) in front of me. Fortunately they have 3 9's, so i was able to get around them. Had a great time!
Nice day for golf ⛳
Beautiful setting for an old school golf course. Greens are FAST and firm but putt true. Only negative was we were behind 2 foursomes who were very slow. 2nd nine we got ahead of them and it was much better.
