Terrific course .
The 3 nine hole courses are always in great shape . This is a pro type course . It’s a terrible shame that they left the Resort lodging slip in cleanliness and quality . The dining area of the main lodge went down hill also . The bright spot is the Miller Grille . The food is very good and the service is top notch ! The golf course and the Miller Grille get 5 stars . The lodging needs a lot of work to get to where they once were . I have been going to the Shenvalee since 1978 .
Play was slow, but I was playing alone. Group of 2 in front of me, a foursome in front of them and a threesome in front of them. Back 9 was a bit quicker.
Early April round of golf.
I'm an 84 tr old . I enjoyed the round with a 15 yr old grandson and a JMU student. Some one needs to ask me who won
This course was great
First time I played the course, love the layout. Very challenging, Staff was awesome
Greet course with 27 holes
A great layout with a good variety of hole types and opportunities to score. Makes for a fun round!

I think the changes made in the past year some have been good some leads to concernn. I will list below.
Time that traps are racked
Tee boxes need more attention
Other than Blake,club house could use some cheer
The way carts were handled during virus seemed out of wack,you can no you can’t,now you can back to no way.

First impressions.
First time at the course and it has the most beautiful mountain backdrop. The course was well maintained, with a nice driving range and putting green. Everyone was
welcoming and pleasant. I look forward to playing the Creek course next time. The false front on the 9th hole got both of us. Still it was a wonderful time.
Very solid track
Title says it all...very cost effective and very efficient! I don’t wait here and can tell this place will be sweet in about 8 weeks. Greens r fair and fairways r solid: worth the money.
