Poor conditions
Not sure if Myrtle Beach is under water restrictions, but course was really dried out and conditions were poor.. traps were polar as well

I did book through golfnow & paid 11.00 out of a total 167.00, but did not print my confirmation & was charged 168.00 at course…so a 12.00 difference. So print your confirmations.

course was in good shape, greens were slow but in good shape. interesting holes and pace of play was good even though it was booked solid.

Nice course
My husband and I enjoyed Whispering pines a few times while in Myrtle beach. It's a fun course, medium challenge which was good for us as relatively new golfers. The location was convenient to our condo. The Marshall's were great. The check in guy likes to share his political thoughts, which I found to be a bit uncomfortable.
The Pined
Nice challenging course, a few holes more challenging water in play. Friendly staff, must play.

Have played this course several times and will keep it on the top of my list to play in the future
A nice course and in great shape. I just don’t understand the 50 emails I got asking me to pre-check in and pay early. Clogged up my inbox and very obnoxious.
Lots of Fun
The first few holes were a little rough in terms of conditioning but the rest of the holes wer in great shape tee to green. We loved the layout and found the par fives to be the most memorable and challenging aspects of the course. They are not overly long but require well thought out and placed second shots to enable a good approach. I will play this course every time I’m in Myrtle Beach.
