Diamondback Golf Course

This was a fun course. Forgiving off the tee, but not easy by any means. Greens were in great shape and rewarded good putts. Fairways and tee boxes were really good too, even with all the recent rain. Only complaint…It’s not very long. A local I played with pointed out that they’ve let nature take back most of the back tees. If you play the back, it’s really the white on the scorecard. Still a great hidden gem I’d love to play frequently.

The course was OK rough needs a lot of work,, fariways and greens OK. the only problem was an exceptionally slow 4 foursonme in front of us, made for a slow round. NO cart person and no ranger.

Great layout but average conditions with very slow greens. The low price matched the condition of the course. There are much better courses out there for a few more dollars.

Awsome difficult tight course suited for low handicaps. Greens were long and super slow. I wouldn't go back because of the greens.

This is a nice course to play

Unfortunately the course had recently been deluged with rain and most of the bunkers were in terrible shape but I’m sure they will have that fixed up in a few days..we played all cartpath which slows things down anyway but still completed the round in just over four hours.

The course is in much better condition than the last time that I played Diamond Back. Overseeded fairways, very good greens and a pace of play, a little over 4 hrs., was very good for Myrtle Beach courses. The location is a fair drive from town, but the price and conditions made it worth the drive. A very good experience for the money.
