Favorite Course; But Bad Experience Today
Showed up on time; course was like a zoo at feeding time. People everywhere; except the pro shop. Finally went to the bar and was told that they were real busy and someone would be with me a few minutes. Checked in and was told to check with starter. No where to be found for about 15 minutes; meanwhile more and more were showing up to play. Some were heading out in front of big groups, some on # 10. Very slow pace of play. Was told by someone that they had a group of 124 players earlier in the day.
The pace of play was slow. The course could have paired
peopler up to inprove the pace of play. We ended up paireing up with two very friendly guys and had a blast.
The course was in pretty good but a little wet because of the weather over the weekend. We would play again.
Excellent Value Great Layout
Absolutely Enjoyed playing this course. Offering a variety of challenges, first time around. Plenty of water throughout course, so ball placement is key to satisfying the scorecard. Hazards as well as distance markers are clearly marked. Only drawback was bunkers retaining water, other than that this is a must if within a 45 minute drive. I look forward to playing here again.
Winter golf
Great place, good conditions pace of play was slow. Other than that great course.

Winter Golf
Course was wet, to be expected though since it is in a swamp and h played during the winter. Pace of play was somewhat bad, but it was very busy with the weather being nice and I was riding by myself, so I was playing quick. Course was tough and challenging. Tight fairways and semi-small greens make you really place your shots. Will come back again
Tired old course with many forced carries
Diamondback is a tired old course in much need of some TLC. Cart paths are rough, sand traps of very poor quality. Many blind shots, several hidden ponds and a number of forced carries. I am a low handicap golfer and found the course very challenging. It was not a good choice of play for my high handicap wife. We will not be returning to this course.
We appreciate you taking the time to review the course and rate us. Please bear with us as we work diligently to make improvements. We hope you'll give us another try in the future.
We enjoyed Diamondback
Enjoyed our round of golf. We were a twosome and a couple of groups let us play through, which made our round more enjoyable.
Our 2nd time playing here this year. Enjoyed it both times; definitely some tricky holes.
Hello. We appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review. We would love to know how we can earn those last two stars next time! Thanks for playing Diamondback Golf Course.
