Nice relaxed round
Course not crowded and in good shape Interesting and challenging enough.
The starter was super rude. They claimed range balls were included and we had to pay. The greens were terrible. Fairways were bare ways.
Nice Course
Course was in great shape and has a nice layout. Pace of play was good, no waiting. Staff very friendly. We will definitely play here again.
Fast Greens!
Be ready for a challenging and exciting course. I’ll definitely play it again!
Tight Course
This course drove me crazy, beautiful course just hard to play for my game. But the most bang for the price.
Hidden gem
When I saw the course rate I didn’t expect it to be that nice. I was wrong!
Best greens Ive played in Brunswick area this spring. Great layout too, challenging yet score able.
Food and drink prices are good too.
I will definitely be going back. . . .
You Get What You Pay For
I got a good price on Golfnow. It was very affordable for the area. The staff was friendly, the driving range was nice, and the bar looked decent. The course was really not in good condition. The greens did not roll true and were inconsistent. The rough and parts of the fairway were lumpy, tufts of grass between hardpan. The bunkers were the worst of it. Thick, hard sand that looked like it was pulled from a beach. No one seemed to rake, and some bunkers didn’t even have rakes. If you don’t care about these things and just want to hack, are a beginner, and just want a good price then you might not mind. But there are many much better courses in the area.
A pleasant surprise to our foursome from NS Canada. We were greeted with professional demeanour and an atmosphere that made us to decide to plan for more times to play this course. The stories we heard of the course director and his contributions to young golfers is impressive, something not heard of often enough.
The course provides many challenges and a design that keeps the golfer engaged with shot planning and interest.

Slow play
5 plus hour round. No marshall on the course to speed up the play
Still a favorite
My wife and I enjoyed Diamondback for our last day in Myrtle Beach this year. The course was less crowded this time and played at a better pace. We will be back next year. Thanks Patrick!
Not As Friendly this round
I have played here over 10 times. This was one of my favorite courses inthe area. This round wasn't as friendly as the last. They paired us up with a couple who was fairly slow. They did finally let us play seprately after 9 holes. Unfortunately ran out of hot dogs during our turn (bummer). Course is perfect. Price was perfect. Service have me a bad taste. Think I will go elsewhere for now on.
