Course has potential with a great lay out and yes it was played after a storm but the bunkers were filled to the brim with water might as well been a water hazard, which again isn’t a big deal but I would have liked to see them pump out the water or cut the green and roll them just looked like they didn’t care about the course but still would charge 70 bucks to play which is crazy just overall poor course maintenance.

The greens are in bad shape. Patched in spots and extremely slow. Looks like they are attempting to fix them but I’m writing because they make no mention of it when booking. I understand issues but charging full price and not letting you know up front is also an issue. Very nice people working there and interesting enough layout.

So this course had a great layout and was fun to play. The greats where in VERY rough shape and need love the remainder of the course appeared in good condition. I would play agin but at nearly $60 a round and crappy green conditions I will not be returning until I hear the greens are in better condition. Overall good experience and if it was priced in the 30-40 range I would not be upset about the greens but I have played cheaper I. The area with better conditions

Overall this course is in good condition, but has some problems with most of their greens (as do many courses in SC). However, it’s evident they are trying and one of the staff told us they have a plan to address the greens next Spring. However, the main reason we play there each year when we’re in the area is the niceness of the people working there.

The staff at the course is very friendly and helpful. The owner(s) seem to be putting a lot of money into it - new carts, revamped snack bar. The greens do suffer from the same problems as many other greens around here, but they do seem to be trying to address them.

Honestly enjoyed everything about this course and experience and except for the greens. And I read the reviews before so I knew it coming in. They are in pretty bad shape and I know the course is working to fix it but overall the greens are bumpy and non consistent. The course seems to be in the process of replacing some parts of the green and those pieces are pretty hairy.

I would love to play this course again when the greens situation gets figured out! Great layout. Amazing facility. Super friendly staff and great golf carts.

I was really disappointed to pay what I was paying for the round to have the greens look the way they did. I golfed a lot of courses in the area and typically when you’re paying the price you pay to go to international the greens are in much better condition. They have somehow been ravaged by some type of black fungus And in some areas repaired, some areas left with the black fungus, and some areas repaired, but they didn’t water the sod enough for it to live so now it is dried out and brown. The fairways and tea boxes are in good shape, but when your game has to depend on it straight put, it will be difficult given the conditions of many of the greens. I have played this course in the past and it has been really good play. This outing was not one of them, and it will probably take them some bit of time to fix their issues

Greens were atrocious. I have a local course I pay 10 dollars for 9 holes with better greens maintenance. Lots of dirt patches and rough areas on just about every green. For a 100 dollar round of golf, I had much higher expectations. Also on the first hole, they had a guy doing maintenance on the greens and my wife and I just about hit him. He waved us on to hit and still didn't move. Kinda strange. The bunkers were all full of water. The area had a lot of rain recently but the other course I played had no issues with bunker drainage. This course feels appropriate if you wanted to play a 25 dollar round.

The golf course was a nice challenge. Several scenic holes. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating and friendly. Meet a new friend to complete our 4 some. Just an overall great time. Thank you.

This course was in fair shape & reasonably priced. The staff were friendly & pace of play was good. However we did not learn that they did not have any sort of a driving range until arriving at the course. They also do not allow coolers which is fine if you have coolers on the carts, which they did not. There was one beer cart which we only saw twice during the round. Either allow coolers or provide them on the carts, which would allow them to make more money in alcohol sales! 🤔

Had good time. The layout was fine but the fairways were very dry and not much green grass. Maybe that is normal for this course, but it was unexpected considering the humid climate.

In my opinion, the fairway was bare and the greens were awful. Most black in color with no growth. The pace of play was horrendous. I'm no pro, but move it along. Where are you Rangers??

Course was in overall terrific condition.

Greens were fast and rolled true.

Great coverage on the tee boxes and fairways.

Played in 4 hours on a relatively busy morning.

The all new club house(The Venue)is one of the best on the south strand.
