International Club of Myrtle Beach

This was my favorite course I played this time in Myrtle Beach out of 5 rounds. The greens were fabulous!

Played here for the first time. Greens were very fast as promised. Course in great shape. I will definitely play here again. Staff was very friendly.

Upon arriving before noon for a 12:48 pm tee time, we found dozens of golfers standing around waiting for carts and a projected delay of 45 minutes (or so we were told). When we finally got carts and wre sent to the tee, we found we were the fourth foursome waiting on the tee. We final teed of after 2:00, and the course was so full of large groups, we did not finish until about 7:00 pm. When we heard about the delay, we considered going somewhere else, but were told we could not have a refund - only a "forever" rain-check. Since we were from out of state, that was not a good alternative.

This course is in good shape and the greens are very fast. Those greens are a big part of the challenge. We will play again, my wife and I like very much this course.

My wife and I played the International Club on October 9. The course was in very good shape. The greens are some of the best in the Myrtle Beach area. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
I would recommend this course to anyone and we will be back for another enjoyable round of golf.

I found the course to be a nice mixture of looks for tee shots. None of the holes were exceptionally difficult, but still an enjoyable round. The whites were 6200 yards. There was a reasonable amount of bunkers to avoid. Water was abundant, but I don't remember it as coming into play that often.
The greens held well, and were very fast. You really needed to be below the hole, or you often ended up a few feet back uphill. There was also more break in the putt than appeared. Exactly the opposite of what a ranger we encountered had suggested.

Enjoyed playing the course. Greens were quick just as they should be.

Nice course. It has a good collection of short&long par fours The greens are fast! My experience here would have been much more enjoyable but the course was extremely wet due to the amount of rain this area has gotten during the month of September.

The condition of the course was excellent. The staff is very polite. It is a good value for money.

From the reception at the bag drop, through to the finish of the round I was treated very well. The course was in very good conditiond for the most part but there were some roughspots. Betteruse of marshalls tomove slower groups along would have made the day perfect but I still played in a reasonable time - just hated to wait on every tee box and sometimes there were multiple groups waiting.

Nice course in very good shape, enjoyed my round. Will visit again.

Very good golf experience for a friend and I. The course was very wet due to all the recent storms that blew in every afternoon so it was cart path only but I thought drained very well considering the amount of rain. Booked tee time online and the group we paired up with called the pro shop and they came out a lot cheaper! The pro shop made it right with us for discounted pro shop purchases, The included meal was great!Tne course was very impressive and a good experience for me. I play a couple of Myrtle courses a year for the past 10 yrs and this is definitely a return course. Next time I will make tee times through the Pro shop.

Returned to the course after a good round last year and was not disappointed. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Course was in good shape in spite of two previous days of downpours. Other than wet sand, soggy spots were at a minimum. Definitely a return destination for me.

poor yardage markers,no real hole layout for first time players. Some fairways (5) on the back 9,little grass.mowed down to 1/4 inch.Some greens in poor shape

The course was in good shape, but could have been better. It had rained overnight and the course did not drain well (a lot of overly -soggy areas. On one hole, a crew of three grounds workers were pulling weeds around the green and did not move as golfers hit approach shots to the green. Once on the green, the men continued to work while the players putt. This was not only rude, but I found it unsettling trying to play shots on and around the green.

Very nice course, challenging. You will definitely want to pick up a yardage book if you don't have a GPS, there are several holes with hidden hazzards and bunkers that really impact club selection.

Greens were tightly rolled so they were very fast.

Staff was friendly, cluhouse well equipped.

Good value for the cost. Would put on my play again list next time I am in MB.

No course markings to give distances on shots to greens. Fairways were not maintained. Staff was not courteous in shop or on course.

Loved the greens. The fairways were soggy due to rain the last few days. But most courses have been drenched so can't blame them for that. It's a nice layout. Very fair yet challenging enough. Would certainly return. No fear of losing balks. Water not a factor. Aim for the 150 marker and you'll be fine.
