Great layout and the course conditions are great! Staff was very friendly!

Course was in good shape, only con is the bunkers all play differently, some have a lot of sand and some are thin with gravel.

A+ experience though

Absolutely beautiful course everything about it is epic but the pace of play was terrible took almost 3 hrs for front 9. Just needs a stern Marshall out there to make sure pace of play stays acceptable

Had a wonderful time playing Bear's Best. The pre-pay option was great because we went right from the pro shop to the range. The golf course is terrific. Not a huge fan of the mid-fairway bunkers present in all Nicholas designs, as they punish perfect drives, but I guess that's on me. Otherwise, the course was very fun, and in terrific shape. The staff was very professional and polite. Highly recommend.

We came to Vegas to play the three most recommended courses we could play. The other two courses were absolutely phenomenal in every way. The staff we encountered at Bear's Best was about as unfriendly as I have ever encountered. The Marshal on the course should be banned! He passed us four or five times and never even a "hello" or anything out of him. The pro shop staff was average at best. The course itself was a fun and challenging course but when the staff act the way they did it makes it not so enjoyable. If someone asked me if they should play this course I would send them somewhere else for sure.

Great greeting from staff. Course is very well maintained. Best of the 5 courses we played. Greens and fairways all in great shape, and very receptive. . Bunkers unfortunately were wet as they must have been watering ahead of us.

This is my second time play here, great course and staff, the view in the winter is fabulous.

Bears Best is a challenging but fair layout. The course was in great shape: bunkers were all raked, greens were speedy and smooth, fairways and most tees were full of grass. I was a single that got paired up with 3 members, who could not have been nicer. We were the first group out and played in 3.5 hours. Loved it.

Played here multiple times over the years. This trme out made sure it was one of our stops for my party of 6 i was entertaining on business. Course did not disappoint, great layout, great practice facilities, and great conditions.

Having played 3 other courses prior, we were spoiled with customer service.

Applause to Revere, Coyote Springs, and Paiute for making some first timers in my group to Vegas feel so welcome

This was the most expensive of all the 4, so one of my guests decided that since i paid for the other 3 he would take on the task. Unfortunately for one of my clients he felt ill from the night previous and could not join us so we were a party of 5.

The young man helping us was very understandjng of one of our mates not feeling up to par so we go on and swipe the card for $1700 for 5 golfers.

As soon as the machine reads approved, the ornery older man next to him who had not said anything prior speaks up and says well since you did not give us proper 48 hour warning, you will be responsible for that one tee time.

My client who just spent $1700 was now being asked to pay another $340 so i ran over embarrassed saying someones immune system does not have a calendar, which by the way our mate ended up having covid.

So i immediately had a little convo about it, and this older fellow was not compassionate about anything i had to say so i ended up paying the $340 so as to not make my client feel any more embarrassed.

I understand adhering to tee time policies, but you have to be flexible in each situation.

My clients at every course prior, had spent over $1000 in each pro shop so though your clubhouse sheriff gained his tee time payment, he lost way more than that.

We were so perturbed we did not spend one penny.

I left this round as the culmination to our visit, and am so disappointed it had to end this way.

Watch out for the older staff, throughout, you might get a grunt as you wish them a good morning or how are you.

They receded the golf course and they opened it up probably a week to two weeks to soon they needed to make money. I am a member. I am a member and I’m having a hard time to get a teatime before 130 to 230 not worth some money..

The staff were great, the views are some of the best in Las Vegas. Just wish some players would learn how to repair pitch marks and rake bunkers. That being said the pace of play was great. I was a single paired with another couple and a single, We all had a great time.

We were on vacation in Las Vegas from Montana. I played Bear's Best with my son for my birthday. When we got there the bag staff were very attentive and immediately took our bags to the cart. The gentleman who checked me in seemed a bit annoyed at having to deal with me. He was on the phone and kept talking through my entire check-in experience. They had us hitting off mats instead of grass at the driving range. This isn't a big deal but not what I expected given the cost of the rounds. We were heading to the first tee a few minutes before our tee time and all of a sudden the cart stopped as we were out of range. Turns out they were starting people off on #10 that day and nobody mentioned it. Before we could get turned around a guy drove up and started barking at us that we can not enter the parking lot. I explained we were looking for the first tee and he barked at us that they were starting on #10. I told him we were attempting to turn around and he just kept barking. The starter saw this and came over and apologized and got us squared away. Course was in pretty good condition and we had fun. TONS of grasshoppers on the greens. The bartender at the turn was amazing. Very nice and fun to talk to. We made the turn and all off a sudden there is this kid and a guy on the 1st tee. One bag for the both of them. I drove up and let them know play is starting on #10 that day. They didn't care and drove off. I mentioned it to the marshal on the next hole and he told me that the kid's dad was a rich member and the guy was his body guard and that I just had to deal with it. My son and I had a great match that day and had a nice time on the course but it was very frustrating to drop almost $600 on a round of golf and have to deal with instances of bad customer service.
