Great short course..!
Great short course to enjoy in a Saturday afternoon. Great practice and relaxation. Greens are better nowdays. Overall. 9/10.
great course
The course played wonderfully and was in awesome shape. Great place to practice your irons. Would not recommend the white tees unless you want to play with only the pw and lob wedge. Greens were not fast at all like you would expect from dry climates. Only complaint is that the bunkers are rock hard (I bounced out twice when I shouldn't have) but the bunkers are placed really well where it's not to much of a challenge for us beginners but still requires a decent shot or you're in some trouble.
Durango Very Hot in this Heat!
Course is well watered. However it was 105 degrees at 4:30 and we quit after sixth hole because of the great heat.
Would not recommend playing until after 5:30 pm until it cools. Check website for coupons. Normally it is lots of fun to play here.
Great Short Course
My husband and I had a great fun time playing this short par 3 course. We were finished in little over 2 hours. The course was in great shape and the greens were super. If you need to work on your short game, go to this gem.
nice course not to long
over all i enjoyed this course been on it 5 time s
Good Value
Durango Hills played fast and was in great shape. If you want a quick round on an executive course this is the one for you!
Fun little course
This is a very walkable, nicely kept course. Very fun.
Zero in your wedges!
Fun course, well maintained, zero in your wedges or pay the price with well guarded greens! We played behind a women's group, but everyone was nice and enjoyed the course in spite of high winds.
speed of play
this is a great value well kept water could be better if iced cart paths located in ideal locations staff was great only if carts were allowed to cars will go again
Nice layout better than expected.
Everything was great except the girl in the snack bar who was too busy flirting to get us food and drink at the turn, a beverage cart would keep customers from having to deal with her.
This course was a pleasant surprise
Nice course that had challenging holes and good pace of play for a busy course.
Great course
Great value, it was great tune up for 1st round of year. The course was in great condition except sand traps, hard packed. I would play again!
great for practice of irons
great executive course for practice and playing too
Nice Executive course
Lots of rabbits on the course. Great price through last minute golf, we were to be paired up but the other couple did not arrive which was upsetting to the clubhouse staff because of the price we had paid. Lounge staff excellent.
Not worth $45
We showed up late for our tee time by about 10 minutes and the guy working in the shop didn't seem to mind and let us play anyways without charge. Rented clubs and they seemed a bit short for men's, especially considering I'm only 5'8. Great views but the sand traps were in poor condition and most holes were par 3. Overall decent experience, but would likely go elsewhere when I'm golfing in Vegas next.
las vegas value
Great short course. Very good condition except for bunkers.sand like concrete. food was good and the drinks inexpensive after the strip. Bartender made a great bloody Mary. Work on your shirt clubs.
Fun in the Wind
Bottom line, this is a great little short course. I used it as a warm up round before a later afternoon round. The course was in fantastic shape. It is mostly par 3s, but there are 4 par 4s. Course was not very difficult which made it an enjoyable round, though the wind this morning was stiff and it was diffucult to know where you ball would end up. Price was good and staff was great. Definitely worth a visit.
Amazing view
Wasn't sure what to expect playing this course, was harder then it looks. Nicely manicured course. Only negative I can of was that the bunkers were hard packed. Hitting out of them was like hitting on dirt.
great course
Love to play here. Great course difficulty and a beautiful place to be for the day.
