Legacy Golf Club sits on 28 acres of Dwight B. Heard's turn-of-the-20th-century ranch, home to 1902 silos that decorate the 18th fairway - once the tallest manmade things in Maricopa County. More history is on the first tee, in the Sierra Vista House which counts among its early-1900s visitors Theodore Roosevelt and Pancho Villa.

Gary Panks designed the golf course at the Legacy Golf Club, giving it lush fairways, strategic hazards and manicured greens to test all golfers. Native flora grows from the landscape, and the club's elevation offers a vista of Camelback Mountain, Squaw Peak and the skyline of Phoenix.

Great Short Game Test

We enjoyed our round at Legacy. Course is fair and playable, but bunkers and greens test the short game. Appreciated being done in 4 hours on 100 degree day.

Great Course

Great course with unbelievably great fairways and greens. Overall great experience especially playing a local named Marty. Ranger telling us to pickup pace on the 3rd tee when the we were a full hole ahead of the group behind us seemed strange but not enough to dampen anything

LOVE this course

Played this course for the first time ever with my dad. We loved it. Beautiful layout, with plenty of fairway to hit driver on most holes. Course was in great condition. Pace was perfect. Saw the ranger 5 times during the round and he was friendly and we even saw him get out and rake a few fairway bunkers. Thats awesome.

Greens were fast! Love that!

Practice putting green was huge. free range balls included with round.

We will be back! Worth the price.

Great layout and great price for value

Course was in great shape, layout is very well done. Good options for tee boxes. Only complaints - nobody was at the bag drop off when we arrived, nobody was at the concession stand at the turn, and thr final par 3 had 3 groups waiting. All in All - great course for the price. Hopefully the other items were just an anomaly.
