The Legacy Golf Club

Our first time playing the Legacy and found the staff to be helpful and friendly. The facility was very nice, and the course was in excellent shape. Will certainly play here in the future.

Staff was beyond reasonable, polite and friendly. I’ve never written a review but these dudes deserve it. Incredible, they alone make me wanna come back. Booked a hot deal, they had earlier availability and let me go out…and by earlier I mean HOURS earlier into peak time, didn’t bat an eye. Starters and bag guys were awesome, wash your clubs off, full perks. Fairways and greens were in good shape but don’t over read your putts. It’s a resort course, they want em straight or within a cups outside every time. But anyway solid value for the summer hot deals.

Staff and course are in great shape. Course is a bargain compared to what you have to pay for similar conditioned courses elsewhere. I wish I lived closer. Only drawback was the bunker sand which is very compacted. I heard from an employee (Joel) that I played with that there are plans to rework the bunkers. It was worth the money and effort to get there from the far east valley (Gold Canyon).

Haven’t played here in a year or so mostly because of cost and lack of available tee times. Summer rates enable us to play here. Great course conditions and nice layout. Looking forward to our next round here.

Staff was friendly. Course was in excellent shape and pace of play was nice considering how busy it was.

I love the course. Group of 4 in front of us. At the turn they merged? with the twosome in front of them becoming a 6. When ranger advised, nothing done. Was told we were still on pace of play target (4 hrs 30min). We finished in 4hr 50min.

It was the brush off attitude. Maybe a 1 off, just a bad day...who knows.

The course is playing well. The greens are firm and rolling well. The pace of play was surprisingly well. The draw back to this course for years has been their bunkers. I the sand in both the green-side and fairway bunkers is flat out bad.,it’s like hitting a mixture of dried sand and dirt. I don’t know if the water has too much calcium that is making that way. If they fix the said it would be a top ten course in the state.

Hard course for high handicap players. Bring a lot of water in the summer very hot but the course is in great shape and very fun.
