The Legacy Golf Club

I played the course twice this summer and both times the course was in very good shape. Whether I was on the fairway or rough, I always had a playable lie. The greens play very true and the speed was perfect!

It’s my third time here in the last year coming from Minnesota. Great staff along with chipping green and huge putting surface for practice. Definitely a staple for my wife and I when we travel to Arizona. The Legacy as a whole from the Casitas to the golf course are top end!!!

The course was great. The only thing that could have been better was hard bunkers.

Course had been very crowded the past week but the day we picked it was virtually empty. Greens were excellent except for a couple of spots under repair. Great value for $42

On arrival day, time was short so we booked Legacy so we could get dinner after the round. The course was fine but the good reviews of the restaurant are not merited. We were hot, tired, thirsty and hungry and looking forward to finishing our day at the restaurant. Not greeted on entering, server never approached our table, after waiting forever (she was busy chatting up a few clients (friends?) at the bar) we approached the bar asking for service, and were assured she was coming. After another long wait with nothing, we decided to leave. Before leaving I had to go into the kitchen to find her and tell her that was the worst service ever. Can't comment on the food or drink because we never got any. Appallingly bad service. Worst experience of our week. Have played there on trips before but will never play there again.

All was great at The Legacy GC when I recently played there. From tee to green, and everything in between, the course was a joy to experience. The most noteworthy point was the fast-paced and true-rolling greens on all 18 holes. The groundskeeper and crew are doing an excellent job. Suggest you play a round there ASAP, while the green fees are still affordable.

Wide open ‘resort’ course … would be more interesting if it were tighter. Greens in good shape - about a 10 stemp - fairways mostly good - rough needs to Grow and be brought into play.

My first time playing here. The staff was great. Everyone from the starter to cart crew to front desk were helpful and friendly. The course was challenging yet forgiving at the same time

I thoroughly enjoyed played this course. They gave you plenty of bunkers to make it interesting and gave you a few different ways to play the holes. Ranger made sure everyone kept up the pace. I would definitely come back again. Hopefully a little better price. Just a small nitpick

Great course, I would recommend it to everyone that enjoys the game of golf. Beautiful accommodations as well. 1 stop golf and stay. Highly recommend.

Thouroughly enjoyed our round. Course is in great shape. Pace of play was ok for a Sunday.

First time playing this course and can't believe how good of shape it is in, considering the brutal July and August weather. Greens were flawless and quick. Very fun course with plenty of challenges. Ran out of daylight after 15 holes but still an unbelievable bargain. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I will be back!

Ended up with the happy hour package so I got a free drink with my round, which was great. Pro shop staff were super friendly as well as the starter. Kids working the bag shop weren’t the best but I’ll excuse their attitude due to how busy it was. People playing behind us kept hitting into us full well knowing where our carts were located. I’d suggest having someone drive around to monitor these types of situations. Course layout was great and the course is nicely kept. Highly recommend playing here!

Dennis would not let my 2 some off #1 as the bags for the second twosome were late. So we started 10 minutes and 2 holes behind the group in front of us. We were scolded by marshals several times we were behind. Finished in 4 hours but will not be back.
