Beautiful weather, a crowded course (Memorial effect?) and I played really well. The fairways are starting to fill in (#6 & #17 still have some spots that need work, but all other holes were good. The greens are immaculate, save the ball marks that players are too lazy to fix. I must have fixed 4-5 on each hole while waiting for my partners to putt. Pro shop personnel and starter were very welcoming. Only real downside is the rest room renovation. Still have port-a-potties (4 now) outside the pro shop. The ones I used were clean, and had been serviced recently. Still, I feel sorry for the ladies. The 3 folks I was paired with only played 9 holes, so I played the back 9 alone. Others let me play through. I held back so as not to put any pressure on them, and they graciously waved me up. All in all a great experience!

This course is a real gem. Very well kept and absolutely beautiful. As a veteran I was given a vet discount and with rental of clubs I paid only $34 dollars for nine holes.

Love the layout. A lot of elevation changes. Need some longterm hot weather to get the fairways up to par. Too many clumps with tons of in-between bare spots. Once the grass grows in, this course will be a 4-star. Staff very friendly. Clubhouse restrooms under repair so porta potties are in use until project is completed.

Please don’t waste your time or your money playing this course! I appreciate the starter describing the policies of their course but not one bunker was machine raked or hand raked from other patrons. To have landscape crew mow around tee box and greens when you were hitting was absolutely unacceptable. The fairways weren’t lush and green, It was like hitting off of dirt. The tee boxes were shaggy and the rough was a better place to hit the ball. No restrooms available and the porta johns were overfilled and disgusting. They should have the health department called on them. I’m curious how long they’ve been remodeling their restrooms. No contractor insight. Here’s a hint leave one available and open while the other one is being remodeled. Have a halfway house open that is 7 days a week not just Wednesday through Sunday. This course management should be embarrassed and fired by the way it’s safer to urinate in the woods.

As noted in the title, this is one of the prettiest tracks in the area, accompanied by a great layout. Greens were in great shape, and the bunkers were good considering all the rain we've had recently. Biggest con is that the fairways are in poor condition. Thin grass with many bare spots.
