I booked this tee time under reservation number 395670409 and charge should be $40.35 but my credit card was charged $43.38.

Breathtaking

Forest Greens
Wow, first time playing. I only played front nine, LOVE the layout, all the undulations. You really see where your game is at, as there's trouble left and right on almost every hole. Please hit the longest club you can hit Striaght. You'll thank me later.

Forest Greens!
It’s been years since I’ve played Forest Greens. It won’t be years before I play again. Course was in great shape!

Aerated fairways - not denoted on GolfNow
Front 9 was closed due to fairway aeration and 2 holes on back 9 were aerated. This was not noted on GolfNow which was very disappointing. Staff was friendly and apologetic (comp'd range balls). However, we were obviously surprised and disappointed when we showed up for what we thought would be the full 18.

4 hours to play 9
The clubhouse staff and course were great. The Marshall was not interested in keeping the pace up. Ended up leaving early because the pace was so slow. As we were leaving we found the culprit of the slow pace. There was a foursome of guys who we watch take at least 3 tee shots each. Not sure how many they hit prior to us getting there but the Marshall didn’t seem to care too much about it.

Lately, Forest Green has been one of our favorite course to go to. Chuck at the pro shop was so friendly and made sure everything is taken care of. We really appreciated that and made us feel very welcomed. Thank you!

Great public course
This is my favorite public course in the area. I play here often but this is my first review. The course is in great shape and the carts are brand new. Please tell Prince William golf course to follow your lead. The restaurant is fantastic at the turn and the staff is friendly. I highly recommend this course. Best value in the area.

Absolutely best value course in the northern Virginia
This place has the best bang for your buck. The practice facilities are good, staff and pro shop are great, restaurant is awesome. Course layout is challenging and includes every shot. Greens Arnt lighting fast or super challenging but well maintained and in good condition. Would highly recommend

Nice golf on a hot day!
Been a few years since last played the course but despite the hot summer day, liked playing the course with a lot of level changes, i.e. uphill , downhill, quite a challenge if used to fairly flat courses. Would come back if given a good weekend tee time.
