Always start with the positives, great course, great support from the golf shop and cart group. Pace of play was outstanding. Enjoy playing here.

Now for the bad part. The dry spell has created a large amount of dirt patches in fairways and off fairways even worse. Greens are very bumpy. Tee boxes ok, bunkers ok.

Golfers need to give this course some TLC. Repair or replace divots please.

Hopefully the rainy season and some extra care will bring back the enjoyable experience this course can offer.

I played this course about 5 years ago. I think conditions have changed since then. Fairways need more grass as a lot of my fairway shots were on sand. Tees were Ok but not 4 star. Greens had been airated 3 weeks prior but still fun to putt on. I know rain would help a little. But for a Country Club, it was not as nice as I hoped

Majority of greens are in very bad conditions. Several fairways such as: 2,3,6, 8 are in very bad conditions

I pay Brooksville often, the condition of the course tends to get worse with the hotter weather as they do in FL. The greens were exceptionally bad as they had just been aerated. It was a within 10ft gimme kind of round cause there's no way you can read the greens in that condition.

I have played this course many times and I would not be as disappointed if they only would let you know the greens were in this bad of shape in advance.

Greens recently aerated made putting more difficult. I typically enjoy playing BCC. Besides the greens, the course needs water. Too many bare spots in fairways. Bunkers need sand, some have just regular dirt. Played in 3 1/2 hours which was great. We play again once greens heal.

Played here about a year ago and the conditions are MUCH worse than before. The greens are virtually unplayable.....not because they were punched, but because they had very little grass on them. Fairways were very sparse as well. I was surprised at the condition of the course. I would not recommend until the greens are VASTLY improved-which would take months.

Just love this place. So lucky to have it so close to home.

Thank you Brooksville CC for all of your efforts to maintain a beautiful course. When other area courses are struggling with keeping their courses green, you seem to have the answer. I really enjoyed playing a course where the tee boxes and fairways had grass and the greens were in pretty good shape. I look forward to playing this course again soon!

Play was good. A couple of greens were in bad shape . Overall with lack of rain here they are keeping the course in pretty good shape. Worth the $38. thur golf now purchase. I would recommend play at this course .

First hole was real good. Tee box was OK and the Fairway was in good condition. The Green rolled good and was in good shape. After that, every hole had issues, some more severe than others. Little to no grass in Fairways, NO sand in any bunker, and a couple of the Greens were diseased in places. Back 9 always provides a challenge.
