Fairways sparse in some areas, greens rough shape, not bad for the money

This was my 2nd time playing this course. It is very well kept, Marshall was courteous, and the golf course itself was beautiful. The 4 quarry holes are amazing and something you will not often see in Florida. A true pkeasure.

Most of the greens had patches of no grass. The 18th green was the worst. It seems like the winter grass did not grow everywhere

We played this course on a weekday and the pace of play was good. The Front 9 were a little boring but the Back 9 were very interesting. Course conditions were variable, some of the fairways and greens needed some work. The Pro Shop needs some renovations, however the price was very reasonable so might play the course again.

Nice course with the huge Live Oak. The fairways are in decent shape but the greens are in good shape and fast. The back nine is like

playing on a different course with changes in

elevation and blind shots. This was my first at

Brooksville and I will play the back nine differently when I come back. Worth the time to play and enjoy.

Played here two months and thought the course would be in better condition. Been traveling all over North/West Florida and so many courses have gone in the wrong direction.

Had a great time with friends.. The greens were really rough

Played here 2 months ago, it was a cow pasture then, played today at 1pm with a 3some that invited me to play with them. Never met a bunch of guys this pleasurable to play with..Course was in very good shape, fairways, greens, rough & tee boxes were the total opposite of my last visit.

Fun course. We got behind a painfully slow foursome who finally let us thru on 10.

Once we got in front of them we didn't see another group till we hit 16.....obviously needed a Ranger.

Other than the pace of play we had a delightful time

Course is in pretty good shape. It's a fun track to play, you want to me make sure you stay in the fairway. Back nine especially has some fun holes. This course always seems to have inexperienced people in the pro shop. They just don't make any extra effort, and don't pay attention to what's going on, on the first tee. You do run into a wind range of skill levels with the players on the course. Some skilled and aware of the importance of playiing ready golf, and some people who really have no clue that there are other players on the course, and don't keep up with the group in front of them. Not really very impressed with the club pro. It would seem that they could find someone better than her. She really doesn't do anything to stand out, or show where she really cares about what is going on.

The equipment (golf carts, driving range balls, etc) is old and needs to be upgraded/replaced. Having said that, the course itself was in good condition and a pleasure to play at a very reasonable price.

The Back 9 Is Much Better Than The Front Nine. The Course Lacked Imagination. It’s November But I Thought The Course Would Be In Better Condition In Tampa. The Weather Was Great. Pace Of Play Was Terrible And There Was No Course Marshall.
