The equipment (golf carts, driving range balls, etc) is old and needs to be upgraded/replaced. Having said that, the course itself was in good condition and a pleasure to play at a very reasonable price.

The Back 9 Is Much Better Than The Front Nine. The Course Lacked Imagination. It’s November But I Thought The Course Would Be In Better Condition In Tampa. The Weather Was Great. Pace Of Play Was Terrible And There Was No Course Marshall.

Hi there was no drink carts and facilities bar included closed when we ended our round , if they not offer the service coolers should be allowed

Front nine holes of the course is very Munding but nicely laid out, back nine in around the quarry was beautiful! No Rangers on the course, so if you get stuck behind a slower group and they are self absorbed in their game, they make your experience not as pleasant. Wish there was a Ranger to assist with that.

Staff extremely friendly, and the course was a value for the money!

I come to this course often and I continually see it getting worse for rate of play. We went as a 2some and it took us 3 1/2 hours to get through 12 holes. You pay good money to go play and have fun, not wait 15-20 minutes per hole for somebody to finally hit. This is so unfortunate because I absolutely love this course but something has to give on the rate of play. If you have 7 hours to play all the power to you.

Super fun course, paid $34 to play late afternoon Sunday. No functioning rough mower so if you leave the fairway good luck finding your ball. Drought conditions in past couple months and as a result the greens are concrete. Still roll pretty true. Fun round with friends for the right price.

This the best course when you account for value in Hernando County. It’s long, it’s tough, it’s well maintained, and it breathtakingly beautiful.

To begin let me start.....the 2 four-sums in front of us. 8 carts 8 people!! What is the management thinking, wear and tear on the the golf course and the golf carts, people driving all over the place. Most of them drove right up to the greens, a Ranger would have helped out. Secondly a course of this size needs about 1 1/2 million gallons a night for watering, it was very dry and grass was dying. This place needs new Management to say the least!

Holes 12-15 are great and different for the area. The rest of the course was average. Only 4 stars because the clubhouse wasn't open for lunch on a Saturday.

I would have liked to play this course 40 years ago when it was probably in excellent shape. Fairways are currently very weedy Greens have some weeds as well

The back 9 holes by the old quarry are a great layout

I haven’t played this course in a few years, the layout is great especially the back 9. I was very disappointed with the conditions of the fairways the greens were good. I would not recommend this course in its current condition.
