About
Meadowlark Golf Club in Huntington Beach is a player-friendly layout that is a popular choice amongst locals. Like most classically designed layouts, the course is short and tight but that also makes it easily walkable. The pin placements on the greens can be tricky and there are also some challenging water hazards that come into play on several holes. The golf course will test your short game skills but there are wide, player-friendly fairways that balance the trickier elements. Beware, though, numerous trees on the golf course make many of the tee shots tight and narrow. It is not an overly difficult layout but it is an enjoyable round that players of any skill level will enjoy. Meadowlark also offers affordable rates that make it doubly appealing.

Good value
I truly enjoyed playing at Meadolark Golf Course.. I am visiting California and plan on playing there again. I thought that the course was in very good condition..The only thing would like to see the pace of play be a little faster.

golf now screwed us on price
golf now requires payment up-front and includes cart at high retail price ($62) my group is in the senior club which pays $24 to walk, the starter refunded the cart fee ($14) so had to pay $48 to walk!
Not great for the money
We had fun, but the pace of play, and the price for this course, isn't great.
It looks like we didn't quite live up to your expecations on your round. We are making some nice improvements to the details of the course this summer and continue to work on pace of play. We hope you will give us another chance to show you a great time!

Great value, good pace
The pace of play has improved significantly at this course making it fun to play. It’s not too long but has some very challenging holes & greens.

SO SLOW! Too many groups out, cart died, course in decent shape
I was disappointed because this course is in good shape but they pumped out way too many groups and I could barely get in 9 holes in 3 hours. Also on hole 8 my cart died and when I went to call the pro shop they were closed so I had to push my cart all the way to the pro shop. Super bummed
We are so sorry to hear we didn't provide a great experience for you. Unfortuantely the night before you played we were heavily vandalized in our cart barn area and 13 of our carts were broken/destroyed. While this isn't an excuse for the slow play, we do hope that you give us another chance once we get everything fixed up and back to par.
