About
Meadowlark Golf Club in Huntington Beach is a player-friendly layout that is a popular choice amongst locals. Like most classically designed layouts, the course is short and tight but that also makes it easily walkable. The pin placements on the greens can be tricky and there are also some challenging water hazards that come into play on several holes. The golf course will test your short game skills but there are wide, player-friendly fairways that balance the trickier elements. Beware, though, numerous trees on the golf course make many of the tee shots tight and narrow. It is not an overly difficult layout but it is an enjoyable round that players of any skill level will enjoy. Meadowlark also offers affordable rates that make it doubly appealing.

This place is trash . Don’t know how they charge 71.00 .
Sounds like we did not live up to your expectations on your most recent visit. Hopefully you give us another shot and we can provide a much better experience for you!
Except for the rain it was fun
Course is in good shape, greens are amazing. They are upgrading some cart paths. The only thing that sucked was cart path on because of the rain. I will go back

So slow
Took 5 hours and 30 minutes to play a round of golf with a cart. We had to wait on every hole. Some holes up to 25 minutes.
Good value, ok for beginners with some challenging greens
Good fun course with some challenging holes and greens. Playable for newer golfers yet still with some challenges for the more experienced.
STAFF KILLED THE EXPERIENCE.
FIRST TIME PLAYING COURSE. FROM DESK GUY CHEWING TOBACCO AND NOT HELPFUL. NOTHING GOLF WISE ABOUT THE COURSE MATTERED BECAUSE WE WERE GREETED AT THE 14TH HOLE AND TOLD WE COULD NOT PLAY HOLES 14-18 BECAUSE "IT GETS DARK OVER THERE????" INSTEAD WE COULD REPLAY #1 AND #2 OR #8 AND #9. IT WAS ONLY 430PM. I BOOKED THEIR TEE TIME AT 142PM. IF GOING AT ABOVE AVG SPEED AND NOT STOPPING FOR ANYTHING GOT ME CUT OFF AT 430PM ON HOLE 14, THEN THEY NEED TO HAVE THEIR LAST TEE TIME AT A TIME WHEN YOU CAN PLAY ALL 18 RIGHT BEFORE ITS TOO DARK BY THEIR TAKE. AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN TOLD I CANT PLAY CERTAIN HOLES FOR ANY REASON. I PAID FOR 18 HOLES. AND MY SON AND I SHOULD PLAY 18 IF WE CAN DO IT BEFORE THEY SHUT EVERYONE DOWN. RIDICULOUS TO PLAY HOLES TWICE TO NONE OF A FEW. THE OLD GUY WANTED TO GO HOME IS GUARANTEED WHAT TOOK PLACE. TERRIBLE P.R.
Nice course for beginners
Course is in good shape now. Greens are also in good shape. I like that the ladies tees are significantly shorter. There is enough challenge with some of the holes and greens for more accomplished golfers to have fun as well.
