Canyons at Oasis Golf Club

I have a 30-year history with this golf course. I started my professional golf career here with the Arnold Palmer golf academy. I went there this weekend as a little nostalgic anniversary type thing. The course was in the best shape I've ever seen it. Greens are a little slow just due to the time of year but otherwise Fairways are perfect greens are great. Couldn't ask for better closure for me and my golf career. Highly highly highly recommend this golf course. One of the best around

We quite after 11 holes. It took us over 3 hours to play them in the heat. They need the marshals to let people know to pick up the pace. There was a foursome and a threesome in front of us. We waited ever shot. There was no one in front if the foursome. Where was the Marshall?

The course has a lot of elevation changes throughout the fairways and greens making it a challenging course. The backdrop scenery of the mountains is breath taking. Having houses on numerous fairways also is a challenge. The Pro Shop staff and Restaurant Staff (Worden) were awesome. Very friendly and gave us a book that explained each hole in great detail. My wife has celiac's and the restaurant staff was very knowledgeable to help her out.

Course plays longer than it shows on the scorecard. Many downhill elevated tee shots to tight fairways and smallish par three greens. Excellent turf conditions even in hot summer season. Light rough makes missing fairways more forgiving. Waterfalls in the desert terrain and fantastic views of surrounding mountains are a visual treat, Not a beginners course.

Fairways were all ragged and tall clusters were in fairways!! They could of at least picked up those clusters

The grass yesterday was not up to it’s usual standard because the temps are high. In the fall it will be great. Play was slow yesterday because there was a tournament going on. I play here often and it is great.

We wanted to play the Palmer course but we're not able to because of aeration. Played the Canyon course and it was in great shape. No disappointment.

I completely enjoyed this course. It was very challenging for me. I was a single and got a attached to another single who was playing at my tee time. We had a great time playing together. His course knowledge was so helpful.

The staff were pleasant and happy. They volunteered information and made sure I had everything I needed or wanted. The lady in the pro shop was very helpful. I will definitely return to this course when I pass through Mesquite.

Pro Shop employee was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Being my first time there, he gave me low down and provided me with a yardage book , very helpful.

It was nice to have an iced cooler with waters and towels to battle the 90 + degrees. And the complementary range balls made for a nice warm up sessions.

Course was in great shape, tee boxes were full and fairways were pretty lush. Greens were firm but receptive and rolled well.

Only drawback was running into 2 groups of foursomes that were pretty slow not realizing there were other players behind them...oh well.

Great layout, very receptive and friendly employees, look forward to returning and hitting the Palmer track.

I've played here a few times over the last few years, and overall it's an enjoyable track with plenty of variety. I did notice this time that I had a number of bad lies on fairways where there was little or no grass. Hopefully that's something they can work on.

I like canyon course. It is always challenging and fun. Great condition

The Par 3’s are amazing on this course! Several hundred foot drops. Wide fairways with large receptive grounds make this course a must play in Mesquite.
