About
Nestled at the base of the San Jacinto Mountains, Indian Canyons Golf Resort offers two championship courses with stunning views. The two golf courses, North and South, have completely different layouts but they are both sheltered from the wind thanks to the surrounding mountains. The South Course is the shorter of the two, making it the more player-friendly course. That is not to say it is not a challenge though. The rolling fairways are framed by contoured mounding and four expansive lakes come into play on six holes. The par 5s are particularly memorable. There are also well over 1,300 palm trees throughout the golf course, which includes hundreds of Washingtonia filifera palms. These trees are native to the Agua Caliente Tribe and an important part of their history.

Covid
My wife and I have played 50-69 rounds of golf since Covid and Indian Canyons South is by far the most strict regulations by staff. Just didn’t feel very welcomed like in the past. Almost like staff was angry. Just over doing regs.
We live ICA but not thuu is a round.

Had a great time first time playing this course. Fairways and all grass was in amazing shape. Lots of water

This course is one of our favorites and we drive 40 minutes to get there when there are many courses much closer. Conditions were pristine, all green and lush. However, we had cart path only and that just makes everyone go much slower. Once normal play resumes, it will be glorious again.
This is our favorite course in Palm Springs. Family vacation scramble. We had a blast. Course perfect, employees perfect.
Required my non playing 9 yo to pay $25 to ride in the cart
Beautiful course but my experience was ruined by the need to pay $25 for my non playing 9 year old son to ride in the cart with me. Oh yeah...and the greens were super slow.
Beautiful scenery and easy
Very old and established course. Course was fairly easy with “tips” at 6300 yds. Just coming out of overseen....cart path only today. Some greens still a little bare/growing in.
Definitely coming back
First day of the fall season… Fairways were in excellent shape same with the tea boxes greens were a little scruffy but that’s to be expected at this time after reopening. Friendly and conscientious staff. Staff are out mowing the grass and shut off of engines when you’re on the Teebox or close to the green. Very thoughtful. Thank you piece of play was fabulous. Generous fairways and not much trouble here. You’ll score well. Play from the tips.
Great golf
Beautiful setting and prestige conditions. Some holes were the challenge and others allowed for feeling like a great golfer. Play it again!
Hidden Gem
Love this layout, perfect condition, greeens beautiful but aittle slow due to recent overseeding. Always a 5 star every time we have played...
