Indian Canyons Golf Resort - South Course

Without a doubt my favorite course I’ve played so far in Palm Springs area. Staff was amazingly nice and helpful. Course was in great shape. Risk reward type course. Can’t wait to be back.

I played this course and TPC Tournament this weekend and of the 2 - this was the course that had sand in the bunkers, had grass on the fairways that wasn’t burned out, had even tee boxes and had better views. It was also sixty bucks cheaper. And faster, we players 18 in 3 hours as opposed to a five hour slog around. Beat up course. While clearly not as challenging as TPCtournament course, it is the course that I will recommend and revisit when in Palm Springs.

Excellent round, under 3 hours, actual sand in bunkers, greens that roll true, challenging but not punishing. Will go back again.

Zero water to drink. It was 105 degrees. Staff of zero help. Where is the common sense

Course is in very good shape. Some greens were a little beaten up.

Pace was slow- we had to call pro shop to have a ranger move slower players. Need more rangers

I always enjoy playing this golf course. It is always in good condition,but the time of play was a little longer than the Normal4 hours. Will play it again before I head for home.JB

We had a rainy day, due to that the range was closed, no cart service, and 90 degree rule was in effect. There’s no recourse with golf now, so we paid the full rate for a partial experience. I’d play it again, the setting is really nice with mountain backdrops framing the shots, but would book directly in the future as it would have been likely the pro shop would have accounted for the conditions

Beautiful views, staff very friendly and welcoming. Course in great condition. You do have to pay for range balls so factor that in cost. A bit pricey relative to other courses in the same shape but certainly a nice, fun course

My favourite course in Palm Springs area. Playing here is a must when we visit. It is women friendly and the course is always in excellent condition. The scenery is beautiful!

Pace was a little slow for me 4:40, but course was in great shape with interesting layout.

The day started off with a slow round but then the wind blew we think 50mph plus. Branches and lots of debris littered the course. When we phoned into the pro shop they said the course was open so they would not do anything.

Check the wind even here before you book.

Nice course but caught a day with 50 MPH sustained winds. Could barely stand at the end. The ball could be blown several feet on the greens. Took some pleasure from what would have been a nice day.

Wind conditions of 40+ mph made the course virtually unplayable - especially by the back 9. Also a definite safety concern with falling palm branches and smaller trees snapping in half. Impossible to keep your balance on the tee box. Par 3's into this kind of wind took a driver to reach the green. When I contacted the pro shop - they said no refunds or partial rebates would be provided. Doesn't encourage you to return to this course.
