About
Located close to the San Tan Mountains, the course at the Lone Tree Golf Club offers not only a good game but also beautiful mountain views. This championship golf course was done in a traditional desert-style with rolling fairways and fast greens that are large and undulating. There are also several sand bunkers that protect both the fairways and the greens. Water hazards come into play on five holes and extensive mounding adds further challenge. The course features four sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of all skill levels. Lone Tree Golf Club boasts extensive practice facilities including a targeted grass range, a large putting green, and a short game area with a sand bunker.

Great Condition
The course is in the best shape I've seen it in years! It's a bit pricey but still worth it! I would have given the course a 5 star had it not been for the greens. They are manicured well, but it would be nice if some golfers would learn to replace their ball marks!
Nicest we played
Played 3 courses in 3 days with nephew visiting from Chicago this was nicest by far course was in great condition greens were fast and true, great staff overall a great experience
Great condition right now
Fairways and greens were excellent. The greens rolled nice. Not too fast. Pace of play was slow. Never saw a ranger.
Good track
Played as soon as sun rose and played in 3 hours. Greens are really nice and rolled smooth with good speed to them. Fairways and tee boxes are in good shape. I would recommend the course if you can get a good deal to play it.
Course is in great shape
Pretty Good!
Lone Tree is fine. There’s nothing wrong with it. They keep it in very good shape, the greens roll well, and there are some fun shots. So, why don’t I love it and why does $100 sting a bit too much? Maybe I’m not a fan of courses through neighborhoods. Maybe the fivesome behind my group was obnoxious. Maybe I should have regripped my driver prior to playing and I would have hit more fairways. These things aren’t the club’s fault (except for the fivesome) and I’d say they’ve done quite well with what they have, but here we are.
