About
Located close to the San Tan Mountains, the course at the Lone Tree Golf Club offers not only a good game but also beautiful mountain views. This championship golf course was done in a traditional desert-style with rolling fairways and fast greens that are large and undulating. There are also several sand bunkers that protect both the fairways and the greens. Water hazards come into play on five holes and extensive mounding adds further challenge. The course features four sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of all skill levels. Lone Tree Golf Club boasts extensive practice facilities including a targeted grass range, a large putting green, and a short game area with a sand bunker.

great course for the price and conditions
actually I played the course 3 times in a week. the third round was a little slow, but the conditions were great. The price is fair and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
Best condition this course has ever been in...
Lone Tree has the grounds dialed in perfectly. Greens rolled pure. Course was in excellent shape. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The only blemish is that Google says the restaurant opens at 6:30 for breakfast. That wasn't true. I was there at 6:45 and the cook wasn't there yet. Other than that, it was a very enjoyable morning.
slow play
Course was in good shape. The problem was playing behind a 5som all day. I did'nt know they let 5 golfers out. They looked like they were locals from the area because they all had there own carts. Would come back to golf the course again but not if they let groups of 5 play together.
A good walk Unspoiled.
Course was in great shape (espc, greens and fairways). Pace slower than I liked. We had difficulty finishing before dark.pace normal for a weekend afternoon.
A beautiful day. I played well, and the threesome I played along with were very nice. I expect I'll even play again with one member of the group.
Can’t say enough good things about Lone Tree
My golf buddy and I decided to venture out of Scottsdale (where we live and usually play) this weekend. We were drawn to this course by some other reviews and I can confidently say that they exceeded expectations.
Not only were course conditions amazing but the ENTIRE STAFF were hospitable as can be. From our amazing starter who got us on a few minutes early, to the Bev cart attendant (we saw her 3 times during the round) I simply can’t say enough good things. PLAY HERE!
10/10 will be back
Greens are immaculate
Great conditions
Course was in great condition firm tees to greens. A few hot spots on a couple of fairways but they were watering to help. Greens ran true and not lightening fast. Decent rate for a 2:15 tee time. Played with 2 local gentlemen who were a lot of fun. Will definitely play again.

Just like all courses in Phoenix area they are overpriced but this one gives better than others for the price
