Would rate higher but tee boxes were not mowed and it was cart path only. It should’ve been a little cheaper for cart path only in my opinion.

A week before over seeding , course not in the best condition, but maybe after the over-seeding it will regain adequate play condition.

The course is just starting the process to get ready for overseeing. It will close in 3 days to scalp and put the new winter seed in. That being said the course wasn’t in bad shape, better than the last time I played here. The fairways benefited from the rain we got in the last week. Greens were in decent shape. As always bunkers are not good, desert sand (dirt). Probably the last time I’ll play the course this year because the past couple of years the price goes up so high after overseed I look elsewhere to play.

Greens were a little on the slow side but I liked them. Open fairways. Great day for the price of a morning round. Will do it again.

Crap hole would be too kind for this atrocity of a golf course. The greens were 20% dead grass and hadn't been cut in what seemed like weeks. The tee box grass was as long as the rough and several were covered in weeds. It's fortunate that I was in the first group out as a twosome, so I was subjected to the indignity for under 3 hours.

The fairways and greens were in good condition. but the rest of the course wasn't. It looked like the grounds keepers didn't bother mowing anything outside of the fairways. Even the tee boxes were unkept.

It's been several years since I played the course, but it was just as enjoyable as I remember it. Next time I visit, I will be sure to play here again.

It’s a shame because this course has potential. The layout is good and it does have some challenging holes. However the tee boxes seem to always be good to really bad. The greens had weeds around it in spots and the bunker had no sand. The funny part is that there are about 5 or 6 holes that are really fun to play and look outstanding. Sure the prices are fair in the summer but the winter prices will keep me away for what you get. Shame because I live 5-10 minutes away and would play it more often

Wonderful time friendly staff course was in great shape 3 guys I played with were awesome.

Overall the course was in good shape for the middle of summer. The only area I would give a below standard rating would be the bunkers. I did think it was slightly over priced for a Monday during summer in the valley of the Sun. This might be the reason on 18 golfers booked for the day. Still a fun course and yes I will play it again.
