Wolf Creek Golf Course

The staff was friendly. Short on cart key’s however the situation was resolved quickly. No water coolers on course due to a health issue, yet the course provided two bottles of water with each cart to tee off. Course was in really solid condition with the heat. Greens were trimmed short and fast. Enjoyed the course and will play again.

I just played a round of golf at the much improved Wolf Creek Golf course. The greens are in great condition! I was warmly greeted by Denise and she updated me on the carts and course improvements. I have always enjoyed the customer service from Denise, but the greens had deteriorated and we stayed away from Wolf Creek for months. It was a good golf outing. Note, the prices have changed since my last visit.

From the start of own round, Denise, who works as the assistant for taking tee time reservations and payments, provided excellent customer service. Told us about the new carts and the condition of the course.

By the way, the new carts are great! They have gps, with an electronic scoring feature as well as yardage indicator. Knowing your yardage should help speed the game up for most players.

Additionally, complimentary ice cold bottled water was provided in the new carts, a nice touch.

The course was in really good shape. The tee boxes were in good condition, fairways were cut and in good condition. The sand traps were filled with a course sand, but I not going to knock them for that. Finally, the greens have been transformed into some of the best greens I've seen at Wolf Creek for sometime and very comparable to any well maintained golf course greens in the metro area. The greens were fast, which I prefer.

With improvements usually comes with a price increase; however; the cost of $39 for senior's is a little higher than it used to be, but comparable to other well maintained courses. Keep up the good work.

First time playing this course. I had a great time. Staff was very friendly. Course played great.

I p,aged here about 2 months ago and I was very disappointed and hadn’t planned on p,aging here again for a while. A friend told me to give it another try. I was pleasantly surprised at the start with their very new golf carts with a large video display of the course with yardage. The greens were in very good shape, which is the complete opposite from 2 months ago. It is clear that they are putting some money into improvements

The greens, bunkers, and fairways are all in good to great condition. There were a few tee boxes that had extra sand. But, they were all driver holes, so it wasn’t a huge deal. You can tell they are trying to fix it up. In two or three months this place is going to be on great shape. They had a ranger out there helping with the pace.

You can’t beat $35 during the week for a course like this. We had a great time. Definitely will be back.

The staff was friendly. The Proshop sold only Bridgestone balls and had a very limited selections of items. The driving range was in very poor condition.Many of the tee boxes were mostly sand. The fairways were in very good conditions. The green were in poor conditions partly due to aeration but also due to poor maintenance. The food cart was not available , it was parked between number one and number 10 tee box right next to the clubhouse. They did not sell alcohol because they did not have an alcohol license. The Cart lady had to input you card information manually and did not take cash. I had family from North Carolina for the Fourth of July weekend.. We were very disappointed.

Paying 70 bucks for a course that ISN'T in good shape is a rip off. Greens are dried up and have dead spots. Slow and not consistent. Every tee box is layered with sand and it feels like hitting a bunker shot on the tee box.

Took 5 hours to play. Cant believe they let walkers on this course on a busy weekend. Caused a huge back up and even a 30 min wait on the 18th tee.

Would NOT recommend till they lower the prices and put work in the course cause the value is not there.

From tee to green, Wolf Creek is in good shape considering its kept in a more "natural" state. Greens themselves were shaggy but that was understandable with the forecasted heat coming this week.

All in All, happy with conditions and impressed by the new carts with a simple digital screen

3rd time playing here and always somehow give myself the benefit of the doubt it’ll be better than the last time. Collars around the green are awful. Greens are incredibly inconsistent in speed from hole to hole (yes I had many three putts as a result) the course layout is frustrating with the amount of blind tee shots. Par 5s except for #1 are all my least favorite holes on the course.

I really enjoyed this layout. The pace of play was great and the staff was very accommodating. The greens need a little work, but that can be remedied. Will be back!

Over priced for condition of tee boxes and greens, need to adjust price when they are sand boxes

In past the course and greens were in much better shape. Just needs some investment or love. Othwise we had a good time and like playing here.

Challenging, Beautiful Scenery, and great staff! I play from the Gold Tees and I love how long this course plays.
