Wolf Creek Golf Course

The fact that this course is routinely priced 50-75% more than other courses in the area and never in premium shape should cause locals pause.

This always is a tough course for me. Nothing tricky about it. You must avoid the rough. Greens are always in perfect condition. Some day I'll play well on all 18 holes.

We arrived 5 minutes before tee time and the staff had not arrived to the course yet(7:45 am). Once the clubhouse employee arrived we were comped range balls while the carts were prepped for us to head out to the 1st tee box. The course was in great condition and we really enjoyed our round, but the start of the day with staff not being on time was a bit of a bad first impression. I plan to visit this course again in the spring to see how well the fairways and greens may play in better weather conditions. Although the rough start, I would recommend this course as it was enjoyable to play with the wide open fairways and challenging greens.

Challenging course, with small and undulating greens. Great conditions and few people on the course playing that day.

Very nice course a little muddy bit it is to be expected.

Booked an early Thurs morning round earlier in my vacation week. Pleasantly surprised to find that I was only the second player on the premises when I arrived at the course 15 mins prior to my tee time. Course was in good shape, greens rolled true (and somewhat fast) and the fairways were generally in decent shape as well, just a bit wet on some holes. Rough was thin and forgiving. The course layout was fair and moderately challenging, with water on several holes that made you double check your aim. Rate was fair in my opinion. I would definitely recommend to anyone in the area.

This is a great golf course, but it has too much grass. There is no run out on tee shots and the rough is much to high. Not good for high handicaps and seniors. Tall rough will result in lost balls and slow play. Maintenance everdenly doesn't understand the way golf is played.

The course was in great shape. The greens are in best shape I have seen in the last year. I played in three hours and twenty minutes. The gentleman who checked me in couldn’t have been nicer. It was a joy to play at Wolf Creek. I look forward to playing there again.

If you like long distance shots and the noise of air traffic then you must go to Wolf Creek. Top fairways and greens help you with the good shots. The only thing that’s missing are the distance markers. I’d go again if I’m in the ATL area.

Well maintained challenging course. Take advantage of the hot deals when available.

The course overall was great, but they had aerated the greens a few weeks ago. The topography of the course kept things interesting enough, while having hacker friendly fairways. They only had older Warrior club rentals, so definitely bring your own if you travel to the Atlanta area.

Teed off at 5:30 on a Friday and didn’t have to wait once to hit a ball. Cruised through 18 holes, course was in great shape and no complaints. Definitely will try and do the same again soon.
