Better than last week.

A lot of work being done. Hopefully it continues. Greens roll well and pretty quick. Move ball away from barespots and don't fret about it. If you're the type that's going to play every lie no matter what, you're going to be frustarted.

We come here once a year or so. Love the layout. Course conditions were the worst I have ever seen here. No grass, weeds everywhere. Poorly maintained. Green just ok. Hopefully it will bounce back, such a nice layout.

I have played the course before but was not like previous. Dried out fairways and their signature many many sand traps were scattered with weeds growing. To bad, we were looking forward to the course but was not an enjoyable time.

There’s some real promise but we’ve been here before right? There does appear to be more work than usual going on but the quality not sure….

10 tee boxes which were redone months ago are bad.

Still bumpy in most fairways but grass is growing in with irrigation now working.

Greens roll pretty well and are not bumpy, but still many bare spots on many greens.

The fairways actually were cut and knee high weeds were cut. There was actually some nice looking grass growing in certain areas.

On number 4 they laid down a lot of sod around green and spread area, but it doesn’t appear the dirt underneath was stirred before! Doubt the roots take hold and sod survives.

Bunkers looked to be freshly edged, but they’re still largely a mess

The course is playable and may get back to a 6/10 score if they just can’t maintain the basic stuff.

Hopefully they are serious about getting course in good shape bc I think they can if they care to.

Always liked the layout and the fairways have improved since the last time I played. The greens were extremely fast especially if you were above the hole. But the ball rolled well and once I got used to it, it was a fun challenge.

I’ve been told they got a new course mgr in March. I’m sure it takes time to turn a course around but it’s definitely not there yet. Most of the greens were actually in pretty good condition. Many of the fairways, however, either had crabgrass and other uncontrolled weeds or were mostly sandy.

This course could be nice, but in its current state, I don’t see how they justify charging $39 a round. $20 a round would be much more fair considering the course conditions.

Hills resident and played weekly before covid-19. Played a couple of times 2yrs ago

For various reasons I was unable to play but started playing again with Oct 5th being the first. Course has really changed from several years ago. Greens reasonably good. Fairways need plenty of work. Very bumpy, and are in desperate need of overseeding now that the irrigation has been fixed. I'll keep playing there but will go elsewhere if I don't see an effort to get this course into the shape it once was.

Fairways and tee boxes are starting to come back since irrigation was repaired. Greens were good as always. Love the layout.

Course was in poor shape, too bad, its a nice layout

You can tell this course at 1 time was top-notch. Now overgrown dry fairways brown. This is tough for me. Make it great again.

This is course with a great layout and nice facilities - great restaurant and nice people.

The greens were ok. The traps are ok too. The rest of the course is a mess. We played that you could seek grass near your ball, otherwise it would have been unplayable. The fairways are 25% grass and the rest sandy scrub.

Greens were very good, tees and fairways in bad shape.

They got there pump up and running after not being able to water fairways for 10 weeks. There water source had to be repaired. Greens where nice, sand was shallow and fairways bare and rough riding. Give it a while to get the fairways back. Still fun course to play the discount coupon made it not a bad deal.
