About

Designed by Ron Garl and Gary Koch, the Forest Course at The Eagles Golf Club features the signature island-green sixth hole which rivals the famous 17th hole at the TPC at Sawgrass. The two outstanding championship courses at The Eagles Golf Club are kept in "tournament condition" year-round. As its name implies, much of Forest course winds through an impressive pine forest.

Hardly worth the $50 price tag especially when playing partner did it for $20!

Conditions only fair and poor value for the price.

Some interesting holes

Perhaps the lakes course is better?

Great Greens and Nice Layout

Nice course. Great greens. They roll true and are very receptive.

They are at Phase 1 which means carts are shared which I didn’t like. I took my own.

Eagles

Eagles Forest is a great course. It’s a bit pricey in off season for what you get but it’s not terrible. It’s was a slow round but steady. Usually a good time at Eagles.

Challenging but fair

I enjoyed playing this course and all of the scenery. Nice layout with plenty of water “ for the alligators “. And a few balls. I would definitely play it again

Nice layout and great pace of play

Greens were in good shape and it took just over 3 hrs to play 18. Lots of nature to observe including deer, gators and hawks. Course was pretty wet due to rain over night. Definitely would play again.

Perfect for a Thursday

The course was in very good condition A few tee boxes need some TLC but nothing to affect your game.Some greens had some spot that had been top sanded but again nothing major.Nice lay out ,fun to play and it was not crowded so 2 players done in less than 4 hours.

Good value so we will go back for sure

Nice track!

Nice track but pace of play was extremely slow. Couldn’t get into any rhythm playing that slow but besides that it can be very challenging depending on which tee you play and was in good shape for almost December.

Great Day !

We had a great day on the Forest Course today. Course was in good condition. Starter was very friendly and helpful. Started a bit early and finished in 3 hrs 20 minutes. Pace of play was fabulous, Overall great day. We will be back.

Nice course.

Excellent course and very challenging from the blue tees. Greens in great shape and nice and fast. If you spray the ball you may be losing a few golf balls. Lots of water and many tree or home lined holes. Look forward to playing it again in the near future .
