No ball washing on course. One washroom. There was a gps automated scoring in cart that was for a different course. Disappointed with the overall experience.
Too slow
First things First, you dont send a 5 some that should be a no on any course.
This day it was actually a nice day started good, then on third hole, a complete stop.
As the 5 some in front of us, were playing the blue tees and they couldn’t get off the tee box, bad golfers.
Etiquette say, you should let a 2 some play through, we were a 2 some, we had to wait on every hole, there is no ranger there either.
It would be wise it your tee time is 200 bucks for 2 to at least make sure that golfers enjoy their round.
It took us 5 hours to play 18 holes worth mentioning there was no one in front of those guys.
It’s a Mudder!
Front 9 was a disastrous mudder. Water all over the fairways and greens, just poor conditions in general for this time of year. Back 9 was in better shape, more generous fairways and condition of course was in better shape. Pace of play was excellent! However, I don’t feel compelled to play the Forrest course ever again for the money I paid and conditions
Think Twice
Course conditions were quite poor - apparently they skimped on the overseeding given the poor rye coverage. A lot of bad spots and dug up areas too.
Pace of play was slowwwww. Front 9 was painfully slow. The. Ran into a six-some on yokels on the back 9 and wasn’t able to finish as they were having a good ole time dancing on the greens and celebrating … golf, beer? Not entirely sure.
With no starter and no rangers, a bit of a free-for-all. $75 each with fees was shameful.
Fast-paced 9-hole round.
Friendly staff as always. Pace of play was quick. Gteens were in good shape.
Good reasonably priced
Water was not a big treat if playing from the white tees. Greens were unpredictable and in very average condition.
Lakes Course
Greens in good condition
Fairways mostly in good condition, they are working on a few.
Glad to see course back in good shape.
Course is overpriced
Considering the overall conditions of this course the price paid is much too high.
Beautiful golf course
We an amazing round of golf, fresh air , 15-20 deer running around, alligators laying in the sun! The course was very nice well taken care of !I can’t wait to play the forest side
Terrible!
Played the Lakes course. It is in awful shape. The tee boxes are ragged at best. The fairways are bare, rutted and a mess. And all of that for $75 per person. Don’t waste you money in this course. It is a shame!
Cart path only because of heavy rain the night before. Course needs some improvements with lots of bare patches. Greens were OK.
Nice course, predictable, few restrooms
It is a nicely kept course with plenty of trees and water hazards where the sides are heavily sloped to the water. Most of the greens are the same ( raised green protected by front left and right bunkers). Few interesting changes in elevation.
My biggest complaint is there is only one restroom on the course that you encounter after hole 2 and hole 15.
Lakes course
Haven’t played course in over a year. Glad to see course in good shape. Pace of play was good
