Fairway's and green"s swere in great shapeshape. pace of play was comfortable.

Good course, friendly staff, smooth greens.

Course was in good shape and very fair. The staff was friendly and provided good service. Greens were a bit on the slower side but overall in good shape. The course was fun to play will still a challenge.

Nice course. Requires a good tee shot to have a shot at par.

Overall a great value.

Only played two course both on golf now, one $40 and here at $43 and it was 100 times nicer conditions and wide open. A little far from Clearwater but worth it. I even bought shoes in golf shop, similar price I saw at golf store. A Mid and High handicapper played.

very nice condition greens were great fairways had grass a lot of dog legs some water but noting you cannot avoid would an will play again this year

Tee to green The Eagles lakes course was in great condition. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice course at a decent price.

The course was the best I have played this year in Fl. The greens were a little slower than I expected, but they were in great shape A really enjoyable round.

Don't let the name of the course intimidate you. Yes there is water but only a couple of forced carries of 100 yards or so. Played with a 110 shooter and he enjoyed the course. Most water is marginally in play. Very fair layout. As usual, pick the appropriate tees.

Greens have been invaded by a second species of grass (poa??) but putt very well. Not a lot of undulation.

Sand is firm and consistent. Looking forward to returning and also playing the Forest course.

Played The Lakes course. Challenging but not too much. Very fair course and most fairways were wide enough that you could relax on the tee. Water comes into play on a lot of the holes but not where they make it impossible to hit grass. Green were in excellent condition.

I've played here now three times, great value, great staff, nice greens, nice for me to be able to make some bad shots and still salvage a good hole. Will definitely be back.

I expected this course to be good, and it didn't disappoint!!! Excellent layout and the greens where just great, very receptive and quick !! Will be back.

While the course, staff and amenities were fine, the constant gunfire from the nearby range was both a distraction and an annoyance to the point that I will not return.

First time playing this course, got it on a hot deal and was very pleased with the value for the money.

Nice course although the layout is a little strange with trees in the middle of fairways and blind shots.

Course was challenging. A lot of hidden water. Use the display on the windshield that has each hole layout on it as a guide. Not many yardage markers. Greens were good, bermuda grass. Got a hot deal for $36 and felt I paid too much for what I got. Pace of play was brutal.

My 3 friends from Minnesota just got off the plane and joined me for their first of 6 rounds of golf on their winter golf holiday. They had a great time. Very nice and pretty challenging course, but fair.

It's called the Lakes Course but there is no shortage of trees to get in your way. Fairways were in excellent condition and although the greens were tri colored, they were super fast and true. I believe they are equal to TPC greens.

Lakes course challenging but not unfair. Greens were fast but in nice shape and rolled nicely. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would play again definitely
