Love This Place
Course was not busy so we played in 3 hrs. Greens had been punched and sanded but rolled great. Had best round in a while. Friendly staff in bar.

Very nice course needing player management
Really like this course…beautiful. And the club staff are friendly and helpful. General the course is very well kept by the grounds crew although the players don’t repair ball marks or divots or sand traps which is terrible…This course deserves better respect by the players. Would recommend a starter remind everyone to repair their ball marks and divots. There are no marshals to spot check player care for the course and monitor and speed up slow play. Last time I played, there were 8 groups crammed on the last 3 holes with slow play so we quit on the 16th hole to beat the sunset and the cold.

Beautiful course on Lake Manassas
Tough to play with the wind blowing 20 off of Lake Manassas. Greens had been punched, but still rolled very fast. Pace of play was excellent. The lady twosome that was supposed to play with us teed off 5 minutes early. I assume they wanted to play by themselves. Didn't see them or the group behind us after the 4th hole. The ladies would run to their ball. Nice of them not to hold us up after going off early.

Stonewall Golf club
I have played most courses within a hundred miles of Stonewall. Stonewall has become my favorite course in the area, because of the conditions and the staff that run the course. I have to give Stonewall 5 Stars, because of the course layout and the food is excellent as well.

Great Course With Beautiful Views
If I could afford a membership here I would get one. I typically only play here maybe 2 - 3 times in a month. It's tough getting a tee time closer to the date you want - very busy and popular course. You need at least a week out for reservations - but call first, they may have some openings.
The young adults they hire are polite and courteous. If your looking for lessons, ask for Patrick [PMC golf I think]. He's got a great program there.
I'd recommend more specials be offered as well as special events.

My favorite course in the area
The course is always in good shape. Senior tee placement gives an old guy like me a fair shot at carding some pars. Pace of play during the week is pretty good and even if there's a slight hold-up occasionally, it gives you a chance to look around and enjoy the course.

Our Favorite Public Course
Stonewall is the best public course in the Manassas/Warrenton/Haymarket areas with a challenging design and wonderful lake views. I’ve played it many times and will play it many more! Patrick is a great coach too!

Stonewall golf a must
For a winter golf at $40 green fees on a President’s day was a steal and I loved the course condition especially the green that was just aerated but still fast and challenging. Whenever there is teetime deal I love playing this course
