Nice course
Challenging layout. In good shape for the winter. Traps need some sand and a good raking. Greens are medium speed and roll smooth.

Excellent layout
A great DC area course, especially in winter conditions when most courses struggle to maintain; not sure what the circles are on the greens, but they run true and maint staff does a great job year round

The course was in great shape. The course has some beautiful holes on lake Manassas. The sand traps were in bad shape.

Great course
Stonewall remains one of the very best public courses in the DC area. Even playing today in February it is maintained superbly including the traps, greens, fairways and rough. Although it gets pricey in warm weather months, it can be a great bargain in the winter.

Best course in Northern Virginia
This is easily my favorite course in the northern Virginia area. It is always in great shape. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Never a bad time when I play here.

This is a great course for those looking for a challenging layout and a great views. The course is always in great shape. The service is usually very good. There is only one issue: the name, Stonewall. Shouldn't the name reflect an attitude of inclusion, not a bygone era of this country's horrible romanticism with slavery? Shouldn't the owners of this club get ahead of that 'culture train' and project a positive culture not because they have to, but because they want to? But because it's the right thing to do. Isn't that America?

Awesome experience
My husband and sons are trying to get me into golf. Stonewall has amazingly kind people in the pro shop (Nick) and helpful staff on the course (Owen). The happy hour in their restaurant is so good! Great drinks and staff at Brass Cannon too. Wonderful experience-we highly recommend.

Great Course !
This was my 2nd time playing...course was a little wet but in great shape from tees to greens. One of my favorite places to play. Staff very friendly. You and mother nature...stunning views and layout...can't wait for another visit
