Enjoyable
Beautiful and well run golf club. Pretty forgiving fairways but greens were very fast. Great scenery. Will play again
Course could be awesome but…
This is a beautiful course - layout and views are excellent. However, sand is dirt with rocks and I’ve never seen greens so “abused”…give away divot fixers and remind people…rarely a beverage cart.

We paid then the bad news
I dont think it’s fair that we paid to play 18 holes and when we went to tee off the starter told us the front 9 was closed.
That should have been told up front.
Very misleading snd disappointing!
We did not get our money worth.

Stonewall - 14 August 2024
As always a great layout. Fairways and tee boxes are great. Too many unrepaired ball marks on the greens. Come on people, fix your ball mark! Bunkers are well maintained but a bit short on sand!
Clubhouse is great as is the post round food, Excellent service from Alice!

Fun course, Could have been better
Couple notes on less than stellar experiences, starter didn't tell us pin position, no ice in cart cooler. Sand traps were very inconsistent and largely rock hard. They started us off on hole 10 and at the turn we went in to the grill and said it would be at least 10 minutes until a hot dog, chicken salad sandwich or anything would be ready. They said we could drive back to the 10th hole tee box where we could get ready made food. We did and they only had hot dogs. Pace was slow!
All that said and left with the feeling that it was good, but could be so much better, I plan to play the course again. Challenging enough and scenic views on many holes. I'm sure money is driving some of the decision making, but overall good course for around NOVA.

The course is well taken care off and beautiful scenery. Some amenities aren’t available after 4pm on Mondays. Pace of play was a little slow. Had to wait.

Nice location and views.
people not repairing ball marks had greens pretty beat up. Pace of play was slow but that is pretty much to be expected in this area and on a beautiful Monday afternoon. We opted to pick up on hole 15 so we could grab dinner before it got to late in the day.

Will be back
This course is located around Lake Manassas so you see water on a number of holes. OB is prevalent as this course butts up against a really wealthy neighborhood. Course is not too tight though.It was in great shape. Play could be a little faster (4:45 round) but I can say that about most courses I play.

Disappointed in Stonewall
The quality of the course was not the best. The bunkers were terrible and full of little rocks. The greens were slow and full of divots.
