Love the layout,and the toughness of the course its a challenge. However. The conditions are really sliding down hill. Fairways on the front 9 are covered in crabgrass. Bunkers need major work. Greens were in good shape but very slow.. i would love to play here more. But $65 greens fees for the type of shape its in i cant do it.

Great conditions, challenging course

This course was in great shape. Greens were rolling true. I think I counted about 3-4 tee boxes that needed a trim but it wasn’t a big issue. The layout is beautiful and challenging. If you are playing for the first time I recommend going on their website and using their “View the Holes” as you play because there are some blind tee shots and creeks that you can’t see from the tee. The course ate me up from the tips but looking to come back with some knowledge of the course to do better. Also, the practice facilities are nice.

Jordan Lake is still one of the premier courses of the area, but typical early season conditions- wet & muddy, should result in cheaper greens fees. I'll be back, when things dry out and firm up.

Beautiful, challenging course, would recommend.

This course is more of a mental challenge than anything - almost every hole has some trick to it like a hazard or tough green etc. But it makes for a really fun round. The area had bad thunderstorms two days prior and it was a little moist out there on some holes, but all in all, it was in solid condition. Looking forward to returning soon!
