PGA WEST Greg Norman Course

My cousin and I are from Canada and played the course for the first time. Facility staff were amazing. A little disappointed when we spent money at the pro shop. Not the friendliest staff but otherwise great

Oct. 2022 Greg Norman course is in excellent condition!

My buddies and I came out on a Saturday for a birthday round and was very disappointed. The course was very well kept and has a nice layout with many scenic holes. However, it was over 100 degrees at tee off and the beverage cart was no where to be found. Because of the heat, there weren’t many groups on the course. After the turn, we were approached by a staff member letting us know that we were 5 min behind the pace of play and we needed to pick up the pace. We looked around and did not see anyone behind us for about two holes. We asked if he had any water and he said no, all he had were cold towels and proceeded to drive off without offering us any. We finally found the beverage cart and the driver resting under the shade at the 17th hole. She did not even acknowledged or offer to sell us a drink. At this point, we were exhausted from the heat and trying to hurry to the clubhouse to grab a bite and a drink before hitting the road. We got to the clubhouse at 3:30pm and were told that they were closed when earlier in the day we were told that the clubhouse closes at 5:00pm. Looking inside, there were 4 staff member just hanging out at the bar having a good time. I hardly EVER write a review this long but my friends and I were thoroughly disappointed at the customer service level displayed at what is considered a premium golf course.

Pitty that the group yong fellows didn’t have respect for the course. Sloping around in the buggies and never rake any bunker where they lay.

Staff was overall decent. Disappointed as the Marshal would not give us any water bottles? Said it was only for members. It was over 100 degrees with humidity. Multiple staff told us the restaurant was open till 3:30. We get in at 3:00PM and no food service.

6:54am Friday tee time. Played from the tips and was paired up with another single who played from the whites. 4 hr round nobody ahead or behind us. Best kept course in the area right now. Beautiful.

Very enjoyable. Forward tees were great for my wife. A decent golf test, and yet it did not beat you up. The greens are calm and smooth. Staff was great.

Course in great condition, however the pace of the greens was slow though in the hot conditions that was understandable

Was very surprised to see the course in tip top shape considering water restrictions in California. Fairways, Green, and Sand all in excellent condition. Booked this on Tee Off and got an amazing price as well.

This was a great experience, one I will always remember. The staff were very nice and the course was beautiful.
