PGA WEST Greg Norman Course

This was a great experience, one I will always remember. The staff were very nice and the course was beautiful.

Lady in pro very nice person. Carts service terrible, need more triaining on how to provide good customer service.

For the time of year it was fine. After we played we were told we could play 9 more holes for free as there was no one else on the course. They then came out to us after we started and charged us $50 per player. Poor customer service

The course is beautiful. Very well laid out. We appreciated the water on a hot day. Good value for what we paid

However the course Marshalls did a poor job with pace of play. A round of golf should NEVER take nearly 5 and a half hours to play. Especially at a high end golf course such as this. By the end we were disappointed and frustrated by the slow pace of play and Marshalls around to speed up play, which is their main job

The course was in excellent shape despite a huge rain the day before. The greens ran very true. It was challenging but fair enough for an enjoyable round. All the staff from the pro shop, the restaurant, and on course were super helpful and pleasant. I generally don't expect too much from golf course food, but even the sandwiches were fantastic. I highly recommend getting in a round here.

This was my first time going to this golf course and the service was superb. One of the workers came every once in a while to check on me and give me a cold towel with water. Next, the course condition was perfect. The green was in perfect condition like a private course.

However, when mapping to this location it is a little difficult as the map takes you to a different place, so be careful when driving to the location and give yourself a bit of time in case for an incident. I had a little bit of an issue and got lost for a bit but all the securities came and helped me happily and made my entire stay at the course well worth.

We come to PGA West every year. Playing the Norman Course is always one of the highlights. After the course renovation last year, the greens roll true, the fairways are pristine and the bunkers have nice sand. The clubhouse has great food and the workers in the Pro Shop were friendly and very helpful. The ranger came around with cold towels as the temperature was 115. The pace was great, getting finished in less than 3 1/2 hours. I would highly recommend this course.

I liked the course but was expecting more, PGA Stadium course in PGA jack Nicklaus course I would highly recommend! A beautiful course, well worth the trip!

We played the tips, and it was definitely a challenge. The course is very well designed, but make sure you do your best to stay out of the fairway bunkers as they definitely create a difficult shot as they are super steep and tough to hit enough club to carry the proper distance while still elevating enough to not hit the lips.

Will definitely come back, but maybe when its a little cooler!

Haven’t played this course since the redesign… course was playing nice, some rough areas, but for the most part it was a great experience. The greens were rolling nicely
