Deer Park Golf and Country Club

4th time playing the course, which was in immaculate condition after the heavy rain. Sadly caught behind a 3 ball of “old boys” who were joined by another half way up the 2nd? Then had to stand and wait every shot. Played in a 2 ball and the 2 ball ahead of them completed their round while we were stood waiting on the 12th tee. A bit of common courtesy would have been appreciated Got to the point that the 3 ball behind us went down 16 instead of waiting on the 14th. Staff always helpful and friendly will be back, hopefully not behind the ignorant.

Played deer park on the Friday afternoon the course was in great condition the greens were really good not to fast there’s a nice few par 3s would definitely play again

Great course staff were very friendly with great service given.

Unfortunately we only managed the first few holes due to very bad weather, but will definitely be back to play the course again

Still playing off winter tees but good course only fault greens a bit too much sand on them . But didn’t spoil my day great course very open and tree lined in places . Good course would recommend playing here .

Played March 4th winter greens still in play on roughly 8/18 holes and the holes that was using the normal greens they were soft as anything ball didn’t travel far I do think £30 to play on that is a bit steep but again it’s a very nice course normally and think it’ll be really nice come April may time when it’s a bit warmer

I had booked deer park on golf now app and it wasnt untill i turned upto the golf course i seen it had 18 winter greens in play, the weather was 9 degrees dry with sunshine, if we had been informed on the app before we had booked i would of never have booked and saved £50, is there any chance off a refund? I dont want to have to stop using golf now.

Turned up to play this course and was looking fwd to it

Was off matts at tees ok i suppose??

Then was told matts off the fairway s

Then all greens were off

Really disappointed at this as it says that this course is open all year round

Tee’d off at 11.45 and got off at 15.35

Was a long and unenjoyable day staff friendly

But other than that

Play a local municipality course better value than what I paid for this experience 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Great course!course was in great Condition and all round good layout of course

Well kept parkland course. Play was a little slow as there was a 4 ball competition before us. Greens had been prepared for winter. Fairways were excellent and it’s a neat layout.

We were paired up with a couple of local members who were good players and super friendly and very guest-tolerant. The course is nicely laid out with a bit of variety between the front and back nine. Everything was in pretty good condition with a few ‘Electric Brae’ greens to keep you guessing. Friendly pro shop and bar with a nice pint and a burger to finish. We’d go back any time.

Course is in great condition, greens are rolling well, all be it slightly slower than I thought so I couldn't make a putt for the life of me!

Played on the public holiday so the course was unsurprisingly busy, teed off behind a four-ball who kindly let me though after 3 holes and after that, had no problems. Slight wait on 13 as it's the only blind tee shot on the course. That hole curves sharper right than you think! An aim post would be great on top of the hill.

The front 9 is on one side of the road, relatively wide and straight forward. The back 9 is on the other side, a bit tighter off the tee and more undulating with a couple of cross overs between tees and greens but no problem. Enjoyed!
