Sun Village Golf Course, although located within a retirement community, offers a challenging game. This par-3 course has three sets of tee boxes to accommodate most skill levels and abilities. It has plenty of water on the back nine, adding to its difficulty. Although the course has homes surrounding it, there is still a laid back and quiet atmosphere. Since the golf course is aimed towards seniors, it is easy to walk although it does have a winding layout that some golfers get lost on. The Sun Village Golf Course being only for seniors is a misconception though, since the course offers a good game.

Course Revaluation
Good value for the money, the course was a reasonable Par 3 layout.
Fun little course
Nice little par 3 course. The longest tee was 145 yards and many water features. Recently played The Futures (another par 3 course) and this one felt much shorter. Had fun, nice staff, good green and cold crisp drinking fountains!
Sun village golf
Got there 20 minutes before tee time, starter kept other groups going off but on line showed no tee times booked, got off 20 minutes after are scheduled tee time. Starter called other groups by first name, seemed he was letting his friends go ahead or us.
Love this little par 3
We love this par 3. We have gone back 3 times. First ever we have really talked, we are visiting from Fl. It gets crowed on the front 9, but usually faster on the back nine. It's just tricky enough to be fun and frustrating for us 25 handicappers😊
To many houses
Very few holes as a beginner golfer did I feel comfortable, narrow fairways with houses in play at nearly every hole , back nine is all water
Decent course
Perfect course for working on short irons. Conditions were very good. Pace felt slow because we had to wait on some holes but still finished under 3 hours so it played fast.
Great par 3 golf course
I love this course. It is short but still challenging. My husband and I go at least once a week.
Price has doubled. From last year
Course was in great shape. Only complaint is that rates doubled from last year, being playing this course for 5 years niw.
Fun par 3 course
This a great course for those that don’t want to spend all day golfing. Very fun and some challenging holes.
Nice short course
Course features short par 3 holes I use to work on short irons/wedges (holes from about 70 - 140 yds). Greens are small so it helps hone distance control. Pace was slow on the front, but back nine was wide open.
