Sun Village Golf Course, although located within a retirement community, offers a challenging game. This par-3 course has three sets of tee boxes to accommodate most skill levels and abilities. It has plenty of water on the back nine, adding to its difficulty. Although the course has homes surrounding it, there is still a laid back and quiet atmosphere. Since the golf course is aimed towards seniors, it is easy to walk although it does have a winding layout that some golfers get lost on. The Sun Village Golf Course being only for seniors is a misconception though, since the course offers a good game.

Great course for the money.
Plenty of water holes and sand traps to keep it interesting. Super friendly staff.
Very fun par3 course
Best par3 course that I ever played. I am sure that there are nicer ones but not for $35 .
Fun under the sun
It was a great day to golf in such a nice course with my good friend. First time golfing there I differently will be back. The staff was great very helpful and friendly. If you golf you need to try this course perfect for hitting your irons.

Don’t tell anyone about this place. It is a sweet little par3. Holes range from 80 to 155yds. The ONLY thing I could say that could be improved (imo) is the greens are a bit slow and shaggy, the day I played (a Thursday)
We loved this course.
As seniors we rarely fuind a course that is easy to walk. This course was!
The price was right, the course was in really good condition, and it offered us an opportunity to practice our short game.
We played 2 or 3 times a week during our 2 month stay in Surprise.
We will definitely be back.

Great place to golf everything about it is a joy. We live on another golf course and only wish the course was managed as well. Thanks for the enjoyable round.

This is one of my favorite courses in Surprise. Just challenging enough. A great place to spend the afternoon.
Hidden gem
Best par 3 course around. This is a hidden gem and a beautiful course to walk. No carts allowed. But an easy walk.
Great par 3 course!
I just recently started playing, came here for the first time last week and have been back 3 times already. Very affordable and a great course for me as a beginner to get comfortable and more confident in my game. Even in 110 degree weather…. And walking, I’ve had a great time and plan to come back as often as I can.
