Fun round, very friendly stater and staff.
I always enjoy playing out at Alondra. There are a few holes that can give you a real challenge, especially in the afternoon of the wind picks up. Only issues is the greens are a little spongy and bumpy and sometimes pace can be a bit slow. But with so few courses left in the area that’s to be expected. The starter (can’t remember his name right now ) is always really friendly and accommodating which makes for a great start to my round every time.
Fun walker
It’s a sunny 72 degree winter day in LA. Perfect for a walk in the park. That is exactly what you get playing this course. Not CC but adequate fairways and greens. You may not find your ball if you hit it in the rough. Too many leaves. Fun no issues on the front 9. The back 9 a group decided they were going to only play back 9. They fell in behind our group. I guess they wanted our group to hit into the group in front of ours like they did us the first 3 holes. They could not find their balls on the third hole after one hit 5’ beside me. Did not have an issue with pace for the remaining 6 holes. Turned out to be an enjoyable round other then the little blip.

Alondra Park - Good local course
The greens were in the best condition I can remember, and I have played here for many years (it is the closest 18 hole track to my home). The fairways were a bit mushy due to recent rains. It is a fun track to play as it requires a variety of shots, but avoid those sand traps - they do not have much sand - most county courses don't.
Alondra Park
Greens are in great shape; fairways could use a little more water. Pace of play was very good today, about 4 hours. Three coyotes on the first fairway was a bit of an issue, but otherwise a good day of golf.

Convenient
This is a nice course for easy access two courses on one property. 18 reg and 18 par 3. Decent layout. No real hazards. Pace of play slow do to saturation.
A little more challenging than it looks

Good course
Good course, fair layout, good greens. No problems but nothing exciting......it’s your average course with good pace of play. We need more courses like this one!
Hi Elmo323232. We appreciate you taking the time to review the course and rate us. We aim for a 5-star experience, so we always welcome feedback for improvement. Thank you for playing North at Alondra Park Golf Course.
Good course
This is a good course. It was busy heading out, but the holes seem to set up well to get the groups spaced out. We didn’t really have anyone breathing down our necks nor were we waiting to take the next shot. The twosome that we played with maybe thought we were taking too long because they left on the 8th hole to watch Sunday NFL.
Hidden Gem
Love the layout of this course and have played 4 times on a Saturday under 4 1/2 hours. Conditions are good not great but can’t beat the price. Full driving range, very large chipping green, and multiple putting greens right next to the first tee. If you have a push cart bring it and save $14

Nice layout
Greens and course is well maintained and in decent condition right now. Course is pretty wide open but rough, trees, and bunkers can punish you a bit if you don’t keep it in the fairway. Pace of play pretty close to 4 to 4.5 hours on a Friday afternoon despite being a muni. Not a bad value round if you live in the area.
Overall Surprised
It was my 1st time playing this course as I am fairly new to LA. I grew up near Hilton Head and golf is in my blood. The price was great. I expected poor courses but they weren't. I showed up early to practice, the golf pro was upset when I said no to moving to an earlier tee time. For the value, this was a great experience. It wasnt overly difficult and very open fairways. Bumpy greens half the time. And here is the kicker....I played 18 without having to wait once and my tee time was like 1030am. SHOCKED!
I'll be back for sure

Good place to tune your game
I’ve played this course for the 2nd time. Pretty forgiving course. But like the length from the Blue tees, makes the course worth playing.
Pace of play was slow, but expected on a Friday in August.
Will play it again.
Nice staff
Fun course, unfortunately slow play in the afternoon but if you go early! Would play again. Guys in the pro shop was incredibly friendly
