Ballyclare Golf Club

As the title says enjoyable day was had by all.

The course was in very good condition.

The greens are extremely good, was very impressed.

A nice balance of difficult and easy holes, if there’s such a thing as an easy hole.

Pro shop could not have been more helpful.

Finished our day off with a nice bar lunch in the club house.

Will definitely go back if today was anything to go by.

Course was in great condition, fairways not to penal and greens running very true.

Unfortunately there were only 13 holes open when we played but as we booked via an on line app we didn't find this out until we arrived! Asked for a refund of part of our green fee but as yet am still waiting for it to arrive in my bank account! The course is fantastic to play in the summer but doesn't drain as quickly as other courses and expect to loss a lot of golf balls due to plugging! But the layout of this course makes it hard to hold a grudge!

Very slow pace of play. Must have been ladies day, disappointing because I was playin on my own and nobody invited me to play through.. I watched a group of ladies hit around 10+ shots per hole it was soul destroying. Course was very wet and muddy, lots of leaves due to autumn and only 12 holes open. Not much fun. 2/10.

Really enjoyed the course first time on, can’t wait to get back to it, excellent fairways, and very food course design. The greens where also very good considering the heavy rain day before play, well done to all at Ballyclare Golf Club for the upkeep and running of this fabulous course.

This was my first time playing ballyclare I enjoyed the course Only negative I have was the front 9 was all temp greens. Strange as greens were in superb condition and no one made me aware before going out.

The fairways and greens in great condition. A Lovely course. Highly recommended to anybody.

Set in the rolling countryside of South Antrim this 18 hole gem is how to spend 4 hours with friends. Well mown fairways and greens. I especially enjoyed my par at the signature Par 3 11th when my weak tee shot didn't make a splash in the duck pond. The perfect ricochet off a rock onto the green brought howls of derision from my opponents!

Course in good order. Unfortunately greens dressed with sand in front of us. Didn't effect the roll too much. Very enjoyable.

First time out and course playing well despite recent dry weather. Overall a friendly course but also with some challenging holes! Would play there again.

Course was in very good condition and the club staff and members welcome to visitors is second to none, happily recommend it to all categories of golfer.

Played at Ballyclare for the 1st time on 01/04/18. The pro was a really nice guy who told us the course was on temp greens. Which was disappointing. However he gave us a 2 ball voucher for another time which was a really nice gesture
