Brilliant course
This course is in impeccable condition (played late September 2025). Greens were superb. Can't rate it highly enough. Very testing course with intelligently placed hazards and layouts that make you think about your next shot. Easily one of the best courses in the country
Temple Patrick parkland
Loved playing a parkland, the course was in superb condition and staff were very kind. The lakes and water features on the course are lovely to look at and play around. Myself and my friend where the first tee time out so we could play at a favourable pace, the help of a buddy helped us get around the course and we where able to drive it on all fairways. Course was in great condition, was a very enjoyable and fun round of golf.
Great value at £40
Great course and always in very good condition. Would definitely recommend. Hot deal for £40 is a no brainer. Full price green fee is asking a lot though.
Course was in great condition for January, especially the greens.
Immaculate Course
Course is always in top condition especially at this time of year. Fairways are pretty much dry. Greens all open and well attended. Tee Boxes all open. All tough to find in NI in the winter months. Pace was slightly slow, but this was more to do with the 2x golfers playing in front of us.
Money well spent
You can see they have been investing heavily in this course recently. Some really clever additions to some of the signature holes makes the course much better. Worth a game here!
Great
Great course and staff; challenging for beginners but very enjoyable
Great value
Always wanted to play here and it did not disappoint. Buggy and cart hire available which is great as the course is quite long. The course has some hazards with water and bunkers nothing too difficult, a few nice par 3s particularly the 7th which i birdied. A bit out of my price range for the handicap i have. Got a fantastic deal for £30 hopefully my game improves would love to join here as a member as its the closest course to me will definitely play again soon. 5*
Good When Upgrades Completed
Got this on a hot deal at £42 for 4 players other 3 players at £70 there were too many of the holes being upgraded so we all agreed it was not worth £70 a round it was not mentioned on Golf Now re: the upgrade work being undertaken, it will be a great course when it is completed, staff were very friendly and amenities good
The course layout is very good. Quite a number of challenging holes especially holes 12 and 13. 13 was a very good challenge. Course has very good drainage on the fairways. Couldn't believe the playability of the course given the weather we've had in Northern Ireland in the last month. You guys have a very beautiful course. Keep up the good work.
Excellent championship-level course.
Templepatrick is an excellent, championship-level course. I played an early-morning round with a friend and we had the course almost to ourselves. That might have been because three holes were closed for major upgrades. The entire course was in excellent nick, with the greens running very well in spite of the damp weather. There were a number of new bunkers in GUR status, but we avoided them and could see that they are going to be an excellent upgrade to the course. It was challenging, but fair and fun. I gave the layout a four, only because it’s quite flat, but they use the landscape well to make up for the lack of undulations. The pro shop, bar/grille and staff were all excellent, and the surroundings were lovely. We’ll be back.
Fantastic
Course revisions being carried out by the original architect.
Phenomenal greens, as good as I’ve played.
Beautiful course and good mix of holes.
Nowhere near ready
Holes 13 and 14 out of play due to long awaited bunker construction
The course is in good condition overall but lacks finishing touches around pathways. Green staff saying the course will undergo lots of remedial works to tee boxes and permeable concrete bunkers throughout the course which could take another year under the near ownership of hotel chain. General price is too high for what you get at the moment but the potential is there to be a championship course in the future. We got the rate at a decent price due to hot deal and using tee time credit (£50 for 2 players) but I heard from someone at the course they recently charge upto £90 for round per person.
