Moyola Park Golf Club

Course as always was is great shape, greens were excellent and each hole is pretty to the eye.

Course was in good condition for the amount rain.. Apart from couple of holes had laying water on green..

A round at my local course is always enjoyable. I rarely play but Moyola is always my first choice because of location and course condition.

First time playing this course, but definitely won't be our last. It is a stunning course in a stunning setting. As high handicappers we found it very long and challenging but we still found it immensely enjoyable.

Great course with a couple of our favourite holes anywhere ,ie the 8th over the river and the beautiful 17th

Always made to feel welcome with great food and super value for money ....we had a great game and look forward to getting back soon

What a fantastic course...my golf game has gone on the slide but that didn’t stop me enjoying this picturesque golf course,tough but will defo be back...worth the hours drive...all good and not forgetting lovely Julie in the pro shop...top drawer moyola :)

Me and my brother wanted to play somewhere outside of country Armagh, Moyola was perfect. It is in great condition, fairways are beautiful, the course is picturesque, very interesting and has it's challenges. The greens were tight and fast compared to what we're used to.

We'll definitely be back to play again! Many thanks.

Moyola for a great day out

Moyola is a wonderfully maintained course. Challenging and varied. Great value for money and as it is local to me I don’t see the point travelling elsewhere as it would be hard to find a manicured course with as high as standard.

Course was in great condition and everyone both on and off the course was friendly and welcoming

The 4 stand out holes 8, 15, 17 and 18 while not particularly hard do require you to place your ball in the right spot

This course is extremely under rated - I have played it many times, twice in the past 3 weeks. The first time it was saturated due to the wet winter and a huge downpour as we were starting but it was still enjoyable.

The second time I played the course had benefited from a few days dry weather and was playing completely differently with a bit of run on the fairways and nice firm greens which ran at a really nice pace.

We got a perfect evening to play as there wasn't too many people on the course and played around in less than 3.5 hours for the 18.

If you haven't played here then I would put it on your must play list as the layout is fantastic and will challenge any player especially the couple of quirky holes near the end.

Staff very good members welcoming few societies out on the day noticed that they don’t repair pitch marks or divots don’t allow you to play through but this seems to be an issue with society golfers when they get off there own courses. Course playing we’ll although still wet in places .

Have been told great things about moyola

Found it to be very wet in fairways and greens covered in sand and fertiliser. Then got stuck behind a group of 5 players on the back nine. Took photo as I had never seen a 5 ball on any course in 30 years playing. Needless to say they didn’t let us through
