The Links at Greenfield Plantation

Got to course 25 min early. No warm up, was paired with 3 other golfnow singles already teed off and was driven down fairway to meet them. I could of paid 18 USD cheaper on golf now for that earlier time but wasn’t given the reduced price at course.

Playing Tips other golfers were long hitters. I had to play up on blues to clear some hazards off the Tee. I’m a 12 with swing speed around 106 and never had enough. Was my decision, i had no business playing there. Ha - egos

Good condition, staff friendly, greens in great shape and rolled nice. Good layout and fun day despite to rush start and bad 4 holes rushing and wrong tee block.

Good conditions, interesting layout but a few weird holes, pace was OK not awesome. Great value in afternoon but a challenge to finish due to pace.

A fun course. Good conditions. Greens fairly fast and true. Staff was great. Typically slow pace of play in afternoon but ranger helped navigate it.

Course is in good shape, greens were good. It was a cold and windy day.

Sunrise was 7:22 so i paid more for 7:25 tee time. Golf now had a cheaper rate for 700 (before sunrise and later when you wouldn’t get your round in)

Was 25 min early, playing as a single on vacation. Was rushed out at 7:05 to play with 3 other singles who had already Teed off. no warm up and never teed off, started from fairway.

Staff friendly, but sun wasn’t up and i had paid the more expensive price. My golf score suffered for it

Course in great shape, challenging layout from tips (was playing with long hitters) , bunkers and greens nice

would recommend and play again. we were done 18 in just over 3 hrs. Good pace !

Great course, very nice layout. The price was great, May have been a hot deal. Shot par on back, the course played to my strengths. Will definitely put this on rotation when in Bradenton area. There are a few tricky holes, but if you play a controlled game, you can work your way through it without too many problems. Greens were very consistent, rolled true with a medium fast stimp.

Course was in excellent condition. Greens rolled true and in good condition. Very reasonable green fees. Starter was excellent, I was a single and he managed it so I went ahead of 2 foursome , very accomodating and super friendly. Will go back

We played on Jan 1 2022 and the course was fun to play, mostly in good condition and only got slow in the final 9.

Pleasantly surprised with all aspects of this course.

Course was in terrific shape, greens a bit slow but that helps to maintain the strong pace of play. Had a great time as a single with 3 strangers, and even with us shooting 90-105 with a lot of water, we finished in just under 4 hours even with waiting on the groups in front at least a dozen times.

Both pro shop guys were not welcoming or personable, but the nice older ladies at the snack bar made up for it.

The greens were extremely slow and did not mirror the practice green, so it took a while to adjust. They need an actual ranger on the course. Please get beef hotdogs.

The layout of the course is a challenge and I have always liked playing the course and would recommend trying the course out for yourself.

I so wanted a hotdog on the turn.

Not really a true "links" style course, however, it is a well-maintained course that provides a reasonably challenging and enjoyable round of golf.

The pace was a little bit slow but considering that our play was during the busy Christmas holiday vacation period, it was worth it. Will play the course again in future visits, and would recommend it to anyone.
