About
The Links at Greenfield Plantation combines a rare mix of championship golf with affordability surrounded by a breathtaking natural environment. This is a course that calls for deliberate club selection as it weaves through beautiful marshes and under bridges, punctuated only by sparkling lakes and large bunkers surrounding undulating greens. Four sets of tees determine your challenge. The new clubhouse features a snack bar and well-stocked pro shop. A courteous staff is available to see to all your golfing needs. Located just two miles east of I-75, Exit 220 in Bradenton, The Links is just minutes away from St. Petersburg, Tampa, and Sarasota.

Decent layout, just a little worn out
A fun little course that is just a little tired. The cups are so worn out that the flags don't stand up straight in the wind and it was windy, so the flags were almost falling out on most holes. Just needs a little TLC, a fun layout and nice people.
Good value
Course is in above average condition. Layout is challenging with water on most holes.
Can't Recommend if Pace of Play is Important to you
We played on March 21, Would have been a 5.5 hour round except three groups quit in front of us, making it a 5 hour round. Also, our cart died on hole 12, clubhouse does not take calls after 6pm, so had to be pushed by our partners cart for the rest of the round. Course is fine, and staff was very nice. If course is crowded, you can expect very slow play/ 5 hour plus round, and your cart might die on you if play in the afternoon when it was already used by a morning group.

Links at Greenfield
For the price the course was in better shape then many of the public courses in the Sarasota/Bradenton area. Finally got to hit off of grass fairways, true putting greens and tee boxes with grass. Looking forward to playing it again.
Disappointing sadly
This course always has good greens and fairways. You can always bank on that. What shocked me on 3/14//22 was that our round took 6 hours. We booked a tee time for 1:00 but were unable to tee off until 1:40. There was no starter maintaining the first tee, and no ranger maintaining pace of play Our round took nearly 6 hours. People left midround bc of their extreme frustration. I'll have to think twice about playing here again. And paying $117 for my partner and I, expected a much higher level of service and quality experience. ...There were 4 groups on a par 3 twice during the round,, and several times throughout the round. I've played golf for 30 years and never seen this in my life. I'm sorry to leave this review, but this type of experience is unacceptable and must be addressed.
Great course - grass was screaming for water
Great course. Some fairways & greens were in good shape, however many were solid as a rock - needing water.
Greens were hard and super fast
Fairways needed water and were showing wear
Watery grave if you are not careful
Condition was great but not as I expected
Turf is like I enjoy in New England

Very busy, the 2 and 3 groups ahead of us were very slow, 5 hours for 18 holes, UGH.
