Eagle Trace Country Club

I got to the course and they informed me that they only have the back 9 available and I will need to play that twice. I was a bit disappointed since it was the only time I could check out this course while visiting Flordia but I get it they are taking care of the course.

My issues with the course came up when I got the sprinklers turned on me while putting on one of the greens. I got soaked by the sprinklers early in my round. The sprinkler turned on 3 other holes and I decided to not even bother finish putting on those holes. On 17th the hole was slightly sticking out, I told my issues to the proshop but the individually didnt seem to care and gave me the impression that its a common thing for their guest and members to get soaked by the sprinklers in the middle of the round.

The course condition was decent honestly expected better for a clublinks course and a former TPC course. This course had so much potential if they just cared for it a bit more.

Course is in good shape...couple of ground under repair areas on the course. The rough is very high, making an already difficult course even more challenging. The brutal heat didn't help either. Paid $100 on Golf now for a tee time at 8:44, which isn't bad for a TPC course, considering members receive tee time priority over non-members. Would play again, however, not in the middle of summer.

This is my second round at Eagle trace. The course is in very good condition and the layout is excellent. The only problem I have is there haven’t been very many upgrades to the since I’ve played there five years ago. Still a great course for the value.

Great course the layout is challenging, unfortunately needs some more TLC.

Hard but beautiful layout, this is not.your plain florida course.

I play there 1 a month and the hot deal on Saturday impressed my guests with the value!

This course may have been good enough to once host the Honda Classic tournament, but now it is seriously lacking the maintenance attention. Greens were in worse than average conditions, particularly. If they pay attention to the green quality, that alone would make this course more desirable to play at. It has a couple of good looking par-3 holes but that's about it as is. I drove an hour to get there to play twice now, but I don't think I will be returning anytime soon.

This course is a few bucks shy of being an amazing course. it was surprisingly hilly for a florida course. the views and the nature you are surrounded by are beautiful. the burrowing owls were super cool! they are everywhere.

I definitely wouldnt say it was it bad shape, it’s in good shape… i’d probably give it a 6 or 7 out of 10 for the upkeep. it has the potential to be very special though and from my understanding it used to be. the ground is super hard… greens are sand based and will roll. will definitely be back because overall it was great value.

Our first time and we enjoyed ourselves. Cart person, Rene was great. Nice ark toon in Pro Shop. Course was challenging but we enjoyed it!

Pretty disappointed at a $100 per round course when the driving range didn’t open until after I was done 18 and I tee’ed off at 7:30. Course was nice but pretty crazy I couldn’t warm up at premier course.
