Eagle Trace Country Club

The course looks beautiful;however. The markings and sign posts are missing. If you miss the fairway finding your ball is almost impossible. No mix to fix divers. The staff looked tired. No offer to take my bags to the car after the round of golf. Did wipe my clubs even though they were clean looking for a tip. Not impressed for what use to be a well kept operation.

Greens need to grow in a little bit but everything else was in great condition.

One of my favorite courses in south Florida, but they should give the new greens more time to fill in. No exaggeration probably a 3 in the stimp. Also need to get someone out there for the Ant Hills everywhere.

Nice layout, but the greens were like shag carpeting

The fairways are the worst I have seen on EagleTrace in years. After being closed for 5 months they should be in excellent condition. They are cut way to short.

The course is very challenging and I can see why the pros played here, however, the maintenance and services are of the level of a high end municipal course, not a TPC course.

Rained nonstop after second hole...I'm sure the greens rolled true and quick but with the amount of rainfall during my 2 1/2 hour round I never found out. Great course layout, great experience with all staff members from the front lot, check-in, and post round... Florida weather can be finicky.. I got the worst of it today.. but will be back to visit if back in the area.

It is absolutely disappointing to see such a fun course be managed so poorly. The clubhouse was completely closed, no bar or restaurant. We had a 3:51pm tee time and when we approached hole 14 two employees drove up to our 4some and said “okay guys, last hole”. I asked what they were talking about and they said “weren’t you guys just by 18?”. Yeah, of course we were, that’s where the turn is to get onto the 10th hole...obviously they were in a hurry to leave for the day and there was no one managing them.

They had the restroom closed on hole 14 and the clubhouse was closed, where were we suppose to use the restroom? We asked if someone could open the restroom and they said “no, only maintenance can open it and they weren’t sure why it was closed.”

In addition to the terrible service, the course has rotted tee yardage markers on every hole with most of them missing the yardage and layout. Yes, I can look at my scorecard and get that info but my point is there is no investment whatsoever in trying to maintain a nice course.

The course itself is an awesome layout and fun to play but don’t expect to get the service you would typically expect at a better than average course.

Well laid out , nicely challenging, great conditions, and easy pace of play

We play a round every Friday. We just moved it here a couple of weeks ago. The staff is awesome. The course is in great shape. There is a lot of water but the layout gives you room to play. Great course at a great value

This former TPC course isn't kept up to the high standards of current TPC courses, but that doesn't mean that it isn't in great shape. The greens roll true and the fairways and tee boxes are in great shape. The layout is fun with almost every hole providing some challenge and interesting aspects. I will play here again the next time I'm in town.
