Greens were excellent, but fairways have little grass on them.

Love the course layout and was challenging from the tips. The condition of the course wasn’t great, the grass in general can use a lot of work. Fairways average at best and pretty shotty. Greens were okay not great. Rough was a lot of weeds or just dirt. Pace of play was > 5 hours. I would probably go back, especially if they improve the groundskeeping, but choose a very early tee time so I don’t spend my entire day out there.

Greens are in very good condition. Not quite “resort level” but they’re firm and rolling 100% true. Improvements continue around the clubhouse too. My hope is they have plans do re-do the fairways and rough one day in the future to restore this course to its full potential, but it’s already very good the way it is.

This course is a real challenge.

Just wish that the conditions were what they used to be.

Fairways and tee boxes are so so and the greens run pretty well at about 9.5 to 10.

Got another great price through Golfnow but I would not pay the asking price of $90.

Use to be a TPC course but has gone downhill. Greens were solid fairways were ok. Tee boxes need some work. Not worth $105 probably pay around $75.

Play was slow, they need to marshal the course. Course is in good shape and the greens were decent and fast.

The greens were in very good shape and rolled true. That's the most important factor for me. The tee boxes and fairways are OK, but the greens allow you to score. We played the front nine in only 92 minutes and caught a ridiculously slow group on the 9th playing a match and it was painfully slow on the back nine. It took 2 hours and 37 minutes to play the back nine. We called the pro shop half way through the back, but nobody did anything about the 2+ hole gap in front of them despite sending a cart out to talk to them. If anything they played slower out of spite.
